IDX is such a an amazing place to go. We have went to Tone for multiple designs and he does not disappoint at all. So, I was expecting to just get a few firearms engraved. My work schedule is a little tight so getting over to IDX was a bit challenging. The first day I went I had missed them as they were doing a CPR class. I called and left a voicemail, Tony called me back next day, I was able to bring in my firearms to get them engraved. He was able to get both done same day (nothing crazy, just basic wording, so other stuff may take longer) but with the slight inconvenience from the day before, he even threw in a customized tumbler. I am absolutely excited that I was able to get in and the service provided by Tony, I am recommending IDX to all of my family and friends. I will be returning for more work in the future. Thank you Tony, you rock!!!
