I bought an opal ring for my birthday while on vacation. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on helping me pick one out, the prices are on par w other rock and gem shops, and they resized and shipped to my home out of state within a week. Awesome all around, I love my new ring!

We had been looking all over Colorado Springs for just the right pieces of jewelry for a gift for our daughters 42nd birthday and had just about given up but found the perfect pieces at Idaho Springs Mountain Gems. The gentleman that helped us also created all the pieces in the store and shared his knowledge of the different stones which really made it such a fun experience. Loved his inventory and he was charming. We will be back.

This particular collection stood out to me which is why I got the photo. I ended up buying a friend a piece but she will have to send me a photo of it. The guy working the front was really personable and even brought out their little bird to meet us which we absolutely adored. He spent a lot of time on us helping with all of our questions. That was very much appreciated

I definitely will be purchasing more from this place! My bf and I were visiting town for our anniversary and found some amazing pieces here. I needed a ring resized so the gentleman had to send it to me later. For resizing and shipping, it took less than a week! It's refreshing to find a jewelry store that genuinely cares about the pieces they are making/selling. I will also say the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had.
