I bought a machine several years ago and then took lessons to how to sew with it. Such nice people..very down to earth and fun to b around. I just finished my lessons on how to embroider with my machine..again great people to work with.

I have bought multiple machines from them and always had a positive experience. They were kind and quick to answer all of my basic questions and to help me find the right items for my projects. I've also taken a couple of classes that they offer and gave thoroughly enjoyed them. They offer products that places like Joann's and Michaels do not. I would definitely recommend them.

The lady I talked with seemed to be knowledgeable, but also seemed to have this idea that only her way would work. I was looking for a quilting machine. Which I know can be spendy. But I also know their are machines out there that are in all price ranges. So it really hurt leaving there feeling like quilting was a hobbies for the well off, and that I would not be able to afford this hobby I have come to love any longer, do to the fact that a $8000-$6000 plus a stitch regulator which is $1000 isn't in my price range. I can only assume that the employee works off commission which is why the ones she was pushing where so high and she did her best to talk me way from a more reasonably priced one.
The meridian store although smaller did at least hear me out and did at least show me some that were not only in my price range but would easily do the quilting I would love to do. I wish I had gone to the meridian store after I went to Boise rather than the other way around. Oh well.

Been takking my machine to Idaho Sewing & Vac for several years so when it locked up with an error message I had never seen, they were my go to. The ladies at the counter are awesome and Stuart is amazing. Not only did he get it fixed and back to me quickly, but it runs better than it has in a long time. Thank you all

I'm elated that these folks could fix my old (about thirty-five) Singer sewing machine! Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I bought my sewing machine here, and absolutely won’t go anywhere else. They are quite knowledgeable and honest. Had some issues with a prior machine and bent over backwards to make it right. Both stores are very attentive and pleasant. Great place to shop too.

I was shopping around for a new Serger and Idaho Seeing and Vacuum was my 1st stop. Laura P. Was wonderful. She took her time to explain a few different machines, their features and a price point I was looking to spend. I then left and looked at a couple of different stores. I ended up coming back to Idaho sewing and vacuum. They had the best selection as far as machine and price points. I spent over my estimated budget and I am happy I did.
