The employees you have are really friendly and make you feel like part of the IMT family even if they have never met you. Atleast that was my experience. I had a pair of new skiis and bindings that I needed mounted, I live in Twin Falls and the stores in Twin didn't have the die for the set of bindings so they sent me to IMT and checked ahead to be sure they could help me. They were able to get them mounted the same day and made me feel so glad to be taking my business there.

*Regarding Bike Shop - Worst customer service in my life. Don’t get your bike serviced here!

We brought in a mountain bike to get a simple tuneup. After not hearing from them from multiple days, I gave them a call. They told me the bike was ready. After picking up the bike and getting home, I realized a part that was working before was broken. I called IMT and they proceeded to tell me they are not liable for breaking the part. They said it would take a week to order it and another $200+ to fix it. They never said sorry. I took my bike to world cycle, I highly recommend, and they were able to fix the piece IMT broke for free in 10 minutes.
I was shocked by IMT’s lack of responsibility. I called them again, hoping to get some clarity, but nobody would take responsibility or apologize. Not even a partial refund. It was crazy. They took zero liability and try to hide it from me. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER get your bike serviced here. Go to a different bike shop. Save yourself please.

Just had another fantastic experience with IMT, downtown Boise, cementing them as my go to place for ski and outdoor gear/service. My two year old ski boots had a pinch point (due to my negligence of not buckling during storage). Despite my oversight, the IMT staff were happy to help me and remolded the problem boot so that it fits like new. A special call out to Jenna and Nick for their friendliness, prompt attention, and expert skills to troubleshoot and remedy the issue. My wife and I will continue to be return customers after this great after-the-purchase customer service. Thank you Jenna and Nick.

I came in towards the start of the year asking about full suspension mountain bikes, and was told that for my budget I was probably best off finding something used on FB marketplace. And (I believe her name was Karen) was right, I found pretty much exactly what I was looking for after not a lot of searching. I appreciated the honesty so I came back to them to service that used bike. I paid for the deluxe tuning package and they got me in quickly, when I came to pick it up they immediately addressed a couple of minor things that I noticed after a test ride, and the end result is that I spent <$1000 total on a really nice full suspension mountain bike that does everything I need it to do.
