I recently had a flat tire on my vehicle, and I have full coverage on the vehicle. I called for roadside assistance to help me get my vehicle up and running, and the lady on the line was kind enough to help us. However, she did not inform me of the $50 extra charge that the towing company had notified me. I had to learn that from them, and not through Farm Bureau. I was very upset at that the fact that the lady who helped me gave me the wrong quote on the price . Mind you, I had to pay $80 out of pocket already since my coverage can only cover up to 100. Then I get notified that I had to pay $50 out of pocket because we are farther than what the Farm Bureau insurance lady has said to them. So yeah, I would not recomend this insurance to anyone of my friends or family, also they do not even deserve a star.
