My husband was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure about a year ago and we have had financial hardships. He had a clothes voucher but the only pants available in his size were $1 more than the voucher allowed and he asked if he could pay the difference. The lady refused and couldn't give a reasonable answer and was just so rude. To be rude to someone who is struggling so much more than yourself is sad. You work at a thrift store in Idaho falls you have no right to be rude to anyone. Shame on all of you. During Christmas. Oh and a stranger bought the pants for him. Thank you to them! (Oh and this is not the first time we've encountered rude employees at this thrift store.) Treat others how you want to be treated.

The people at the register . Are the The Worst customer service worst attitudes. My basket was full. And I went to the checkout and said can I put my basket here and go grab the carpet I wanna get I couldn't carry both. She said absolutely not so I put a bunch of things back so I could get the carpet. No one had been to the register after me I go back up there and I'm Reading off the prices and she says why aren't you putting them on the counter. she just told me not to. Then I asked her if I could bring back one of the items if it didn't work and she said no. Then began to give me the look of death I regret all of my purchases and will not be back.

Their parking lot is usually empty and I, like all the neibors near the store are unable to park our vehicles in front of our HOMES because of employees parked there all day before opening to close!!! —Christian?!?! - NOT!!- city violations also- dumpsters in the street and sidewalk blocked. Since you are the highest priced donation shop around maybe you could afford to move to a location that accommodates the need of more employees than customers and be kind and Christian to those you effect daily

Was good for awhile, guess they think it wore off- get a new place you fit your 8-10 employees parking on the street in front of our homes every day all day is rude ( have cameras to prove that) and why can this place do this when any other business has to have sufficient parking space for customer expected per square footage of retail space +employees- oh and their side lot always has parking and still have dumpsters in the street

Next day dumpsters still in street, employees in front of my house so plows leave a huge snow ridge going around their cars- today open spots by their building and side lot but park all day at my front window - Christians

My husband Roy and I enjoy shopping at this cute antique/2nd hand store. I love looking at the display set ups. Melissa is kind, friendly and helpful. Jordon is a busy bee and does take the time to answer questions. Since I moved here and had to leave so many of my precious antiques behind, I enjoy shopping at this store to make up for what I have lost. My sadness for my previous antiques turns into joy when I find the same things or similar. I love this store. Talking to other fellow customers is fun, as well. I have read other comments and do not understand the negativity bcs the ladies here have always been nice. They have specials on certain days like Tuesdays which use to be for seniors like me but it's now open to all, so I think that is nice.

Stopped by yesterday looking for a an affordable comforter but they didn't have any specials. They told me I could go next door and get a voucher since I'm living in my car and they got me some food and some hygiene stuff I needed. Wasn't expecting any of that when I walked in. The ladies were super friendly and I left very happy

I was never so embarrassed in my life. I always shop at this store, but after today, they lost a loyal customer. I had previously called to find out when I could drop off donations. I was told the days and to do it before 2 pm. I drove from Rigby today and parked on the street. They had there parking lot roped off. I walked to the side door, which was opened and said hello. No one answered so I walked back to my vehicle and grabbed the donation box. I started to put the box down on the counter by the door and the lady asked me what I was doing. I tried to explain and she told me they were not accepting donations today and to get out and asked if I could read the sign on the rope. She then slammed the door shut. I called their number and another girl said they couldn't accept donations today because of poor air quality.

RUDE!!! I will never go here again. The women are consistently rude here. Today I went in and bought a few items that were in original boxes, one woman whispered to the cashier that she needed to open and check to be sure that there wasn't anything else in there... I said excuse me!? Completely embarrassed at such a suggestion. She's then said oh nevermind, you're fine... look, I'm fine with obeying protocol but do not single me out! Shameful!!
