Typical friendly atmosphere, the receptionists are really professional and friendly. They know you and ask how you are doing while checking in. It just makes your day, to visit with the receptionists, while waiting for your appointment.

The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and efficient in getting me signed in, and they were particularly kind. The audiologist took longer than I expected to come and get me, but once I was in her office, she was thorough in her tests, explaining everything along the way, and then going over the test results with me. She took the time to explain the current available technologies and answered all of my questions.

Both of the office ladies are extremely nice and extremely polite when they call you on the phone or you come into the office. It is such a pleasure to have people treat you like a human instead of just another number. Also Dr. Peterson is the same way. Super nice. Very pleasant. Treat you with respect. Doesn't treat you like you can't hear. He explains to you ink things in English so thank you very very much.

The best front desk staff I have ever encountered! The ladies are always so cheerful, empathetic and helpful. The doctors are also very friendly, patient and kind. All around amazing staff.

Michelle was awesome as usual!! Took care of my hearing aids check up and alerted Doc Petersen about some earwax for removal. Always a pleasure to go there.
