I initially placed an ad offering my sewing services. Unfortunately, I did not check the ad character by character when it printed. There was an error in my phone number. It wasn't until a customer who wanted my services enough that she called this newspaper and told them the number they printed did not work. They corrected it for the next publication and ran the ad two more weeks to compensate me for their error. That I do not have a problem with. HOWEVER, the potential damage had already been done. The problem is that they are billing me for TWO (2) months when the ad only ran ONE (1) month! PLUS, they have been informed of the billing error THREE (3) times now & their bill is still INCORRECT!!!!!! This makes me wonder how many people have they done this to? It also has me wondering is this how they make additional money of those who trust them?
