From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly faces and a warm atmosphere. The store is always well-stocked with a great selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and all the essentials we need.

whenever I come to Idaho city, make a point to stop at the store because I love the selection and quality. especially the meat, quality and prices!
Bobby as always provided excellent service and has lots of neat things in his store as well as great product selection. I highly recommend anyone who is in town to stop by and pick up a few things.!

The customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The owner Bobby will and does go up & out of his way to make sure all of his customers and employees are happy. Will forever give this store a 5 star rating, would give more if I could.

Normally i've had very nice experiences there. But today I wanted a product and clearly marked on shelf with a clearly marked price. It rang up at 1 dollar more. I pointed it out nicely to employees, but they would not honor the marked price. It's only a buck, wouldn't hurt me or them either way......but from a customer service point of view, AND keeping a repeat customer, perhaps a different approach would have been a better option.

UPDATE....... the store ownership acted quickly and properly to this minor matter. No one was ever rude, and I repeat just not a big deal, just not the way to do retail business. Turns out it appears just a training issue and all employees are now up to date it would seem. The quick and sincere response by ownership shows they do care about customer service. I'm happy.

This Place Is an absolute taste of home! As soon as walking in you're greeted like you're family, everything is in place clean and well organized, I found myself shopping around for more than 20 minutes when my intentions was just a Gatorade! Well Respected and Well Taken Care of, can't wait to visit again on my way through!!!!

I am from out of town, on the complete other side of the states. When visiting Idaho City, we shopped here and haven't been disappointed not a single time. Every time my family and I needed anything, they were sure to have it. The store is full of workers that helped me with any questions. I truly enjoyed the feel of the place, I joked with both of the cashier's at the time and they were very welcoming to me and my family. I will definitely be returning once get another chance to visit Idaho again. I highly recommend stopping by!

Idaho City Grocery has always been a destination when visiting Idaho City. The feel of friendly service and finding unique and authentic items to purchase has never disappointed. I always grab some ice cream on rides and sit out front to enjoy a quiet time away from the valley. Thank you for always being customer friendly and welcoming.
