“Exceptional Stay and Service at Hyatt Place”

We had an incredible seven-day stay at Hyatt Place for our “Chowdhury family wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect! The staff—especially Karan, Dominic, Sabrina, and Robert—went above and beyond to make our experience stress-free and truly memorable.

Even with our group gathering in the lobby until 3:00 a.m., the team provided outstanding service with patience and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped.
A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Hyatt Place for making our wedding celebration so special. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

A generally mediocre experience. We have stayed at other Hyatt Place properties in the past and usually find them comfortable and convenient. This particular hotel was not. The room was quite spare, with all the charm of a college dorm room. Very little clothing storage space and almost all hard surfaces. The bathroom door would not stay open, which can be annoying. The water pressure was ridiculously low, making it difficult to shower and impossible to wash my hair. No toiletries, just pump bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The desk chair did not roll, so it was hard to get it positioned to work on my laptop. The rooms have hard surface floors, making it really noisy when the people above us walked around. Finally, I seriously dislike the new housekeeping schedule that meant we did not get new towels or our bed made during our weekend stay. Having two wash rags and towels for two people to use for three days is not sufficient. This started during COVID but it’s clear it’s just a cost saving measure for hotels now. When I pay this much for a room I expect the bed made and clean towels every day. |Not terrible stay, but not great. We won’t choose this hotel again.

Hello,||I'm sorry to say that this property is, at least for the moment, a stain on Hyatt's reputation. The stay was far below expectations. I know that much of the management is in the hands of a third-party company but either way, this place needs lots of improvement. Even in its short duration so far, the hotel garners only 3.0 or, 3.5 stars, which is somewhat of an indication that I am not the only person that has experienced a problem. This stay was not my first time there. On a previous stay, I woke up with many insect bites and the room also had a very bad odor. I was able to change rooms after the first night. However, when I reported this to the front desk upon check-out, I was met with what bordered on hostility and, a lack of concern. I was also told that the hotel does not have on-site management. The woman at the front simply said "thanks for letting me know" with quite a negative tone, with regard to the initial room and its issues. No empathy, no apology, no indication they would address the problem for future guests.||I thought I would drop the GM a quick note but, the staff person refused to give me any contact information and further said that they operate without a general manager, which is something that I have not ever encountered with any hotel property anywhere in the world, to be honest. ||I also want to emphasize in the strongest possible terms that I was cordial and pleasant. Other staff members and definitely other Hyatt properties would ratify that this is how I conduct myself. When I returned for this most recent stay, I was assigned the same room. I was not aware that it was the same room until later on. Although the room still had a foul odor and had an unclean bathroom, it was late and I let it be. However, I ended up with more bites and actually saw insects. For the second night I was given a different room. This obviously demonstrated that the initial rude person at the front desk the last time did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem for future guests. I was able to take some pictures of the unclean bathroom. As an aside, I had just exchanged emails with the sales manager, as we have some upcoming groups to book. I obviously won't book them here. As someone who travels a lot and is a million-point World of Hyatt member across a couple of accounts, I am eminently disappointed. You will be, too if this hotel doesn't get its act together.

I understand that this place is fairly new and has room for improvement. Check-in was quick, but the lady who checked me in was distracted and gave me a room that was already occupied, which was a safety concern. However, the breakfast was good, the coffee was strong, and the room was very clean and comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. I love Hyatt Hotels, and there is always room for improvement.

Everything was pretty good in the beginning but as we started for 2 weeks here we found a lot of ants around the area and in our room. Housekeeping would not clean the floors we had to do it ourselves as well as their shower, it kept backing up and getting clogged. Their breakfast option were ok but not to great for me and my wife’s taste. To top everything off the last day before we needed to check out at 12pm, I went to get breakfast outside at 9am and when I came back in less then 12 minutes, my drinks and frostbuddy cup was taken from my room even tho I had the do not disturb sign up and the tv on and not checked out of the hotel yet, my stuff was taken the only thing left was the tv on and my pills still where I left them along with the do not disturb sign taken off so I would be very careful with this place. My wife and I were mainly out on our time here not much time spent in the room. Everything was an ok experience at this hotel but honestly them stealing my stuff is not ok and then trying to make it seem that it was ok and an accident when it wasn’t, it is not ok for them to do that when everything was in place for them not to enter the room showing we were still here and not checked out. I will definitely not be using this place ever again. I’m glad I got my stuff back except one item, it took them too long to get it back though like they were hoping I’d leave it alone if they didn’t find them. I hope I help someone to be aware of their items if chosen to stay here.

This hotel is new and thus may not be quite up to Hyatt Place standards yet. The room we were given did not have towels and we had to find the housekeeper. Also the Starbucks they advertised was not a real Starbucks. Left too early for breakfast so can't comment on that aspect. The management is trying hard, and I feel the place will improve. Note on parking- one side of hotel has compact size spaces only, regular spaces are on the back side.

Everything was great. Staff were really good. Karan and Dominic and Robert were really good and were very helpful. Good location too and good rooms. Great experience overall.

1. My daughter chose to sleep on the pull out bed. We used the bedding set provided in the bag. I pulled out everything one by one and made the bed, by the time I pulled out the last item, a used uncapped hypo needle fell out onto the floor. I complained to the desk and all they asked us if we’d like to change rooms. No type of compensation.
2. Breakfast could use more staff. There was barely any food, no plates, no coffee, dirty dishes piled up.
