I was so impressed with the staff and accommodations at this hotel. It had everything I needed to get in as much skiing as I wanted. They had a large breakfast buffet. Came home at the end of the day to warm cookies and hot chocolate. Not to mention the hot tub with amazing views. The staff were so kind and caring, brining ice to my room for a small injury. The hotel is waking distance to a couple restaurants and ski rental shops.

We went to Keystone for the weekend and stayed here. The hotel is easy to find and right off the main road. It's an easy walk to the Peru Lift, and Mountain House, approximately 5 minute walk.

The mountain views are wonderful and beautiful scenery to wake up to, if you get the mountain view side. It's a great location for dining as there are several restaurants nearby as well easy shuttle bus services.

Parking is limited, however they offer parking assistance/valet when needed.

The breakfast was very good and they rotate their breakfast offerings each day. They have plenty of seating for their breakfast guests. They also provide coffee all day.

We took advantage of the hot tubs after snowboarding which was revitalizing. They also have lockers that made it easy to store my snow gear.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which made for a great experience.

One of our favorite places to stay hotel wise! Great for our small party. Yes it is very family friendly but we use sleep headphones and that helps! The facility is clean, Richie the manager, really cares about where he works! They went above and beyond helping us with a flat fire situation and jumped to help get avacados from the kitchen when my husband was having a muscle spasm! The parking lacks but that’s Colorado for ya, they can’t go out and build more spaces so they offer valet. Warm cookies in the evening at the check in, always abundant coffee, cocoa and cider! Breakfast daily, nothing crazy just basic breakfast foods but it’s perfect! The dinner food was delicious and not overly priced. Doesn’t cost as much as going out at the base. Just a quick walk to the street for the bus or shuttle. Red shuttle is notoriously slow but hey it beats always driving over to the gondolas! Restrooms are clean, dog friendly, beautiful view and the staff is always friendly! Don’t go in expecting aspen and you won’t be setting yourself up to be disappointed! It’s a fun spot!

We love staying at this hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful with every request. The fresh cookies each evening turn a tiring drive day or ski day into a treat. Easy walk to Keystone and easy drive to A-basin, Copper and Breckinridge. 3 hot tubs make it easy to find space to relax and breakfast in the morning easy to get your day going.

Very comfortable bed, the hot tub was great (though, a little low on water, but the water intake was low too, so it seems its designed for that!). The breakfast was great too, however there were no bananas (my husbands favorite) and the pancake machine was down. Not a big deal as there were several other things. And, my vegan husband was able to get a full breakfast between the oatmeal, potatoes and fruit that was available. feels a little pricey still, but I know its key ski season, so understandable. Also, we're hyatt globalists, and got the upgrade to a suite and late checkout. With walking distance to the lift, this was great!

I arrived an hour before check in and just asked my room was available. They told me no and that was no big deal. I understood. We got in the Lobby and everyone going to the counter was getting their room including part of my family. After a person in my party went up there I walked back up. She looked at me weird and was like yes it is. It was just all very odd. The location is great. It is easy to get to. The view of the mountain was SO pretty. The rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The heat unit is VERY hot and it takes a while to cool it down. My mom's room never cooled off. |Breakfast: It was very understaffed. As soon as food was brought out, and in small portions, it was gone. We hardly had anything to choose from. |I did like the free coffee/water/tea offered all the time. |There isn't a lot of parking. I have no clue why you are charged a $25 resort fee.|You can walk to local restaurants.

Awesome location to slopes and Peru lift. Varied breakfast items. Enjoyed the free flavored water machine in the lobby. Everything we needed for a great ski vacation. Ask for a room on the 5th or 6th floor for easy access to hot tubs.
We would definitely return.

The location and view is phenomenal, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and it had one of the best hotel breakfasts that have been included in my stays this year, a huge part when you plan to ski/snowboard all day. There are also 3 hot tubs and that's a great way to relax after a day of being out on the mountain.
