This hotel was great! We came for a long weekend as a family trip. The check in process was flawless as we used the online check in. We got to our room and it was HUGE! We had so much space. The room was spotless. We needed linens for the pull out bed and they were delivered quickly- even still warm from the laundry! The pillows all around were super comfortable. The beds were very comfortable; the blankets and comforter were warm and cozy. ||The breakfast was great and there was a good selection. The area where you ate was very, very clean and well-maintained.||We went into Denver and the drive was not long so I was pleased!||I would highly recommend this hotel for your travel needs.

This hotel hosted two hockey teams for the weekend and were very flexible with accompanying so many of us. Breakfast was great and they have a bar serving coffees in the morning as well.

We had an amazing time staying at the Hyatt Place DTC! From the time we arrived at the hotel, every member of their staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and attentiveness really made a difference that our stay was enjoyable in every way.

We want to give a special shoutout to Kaylee and Brittany who greeted us and made us feel welcome every time we saw them!

The hotel itself is beautiful, with top-notch amenities that added to the experience. We can tell that the staff pays close attention to all details and makes sure all areas are neat and tidy.

We were also impressed with how quick the staff responded when one of the fire sprinklers broke. It did not bother us at all!

We couldn't have asked for anything more, and are already looking forward to our next visit.

First The positives: this is a great location, not in the city but in a business park so there’s not a lot of traffic. Great restaurants very close by and it’s freeway and train station accessible. Pool and gym are very nice.

Now the negatives: On check in we had a very friendly desk clerk help us. She was fantastic and it was a good start to the trip but in general the staff is not very friendly. The night desk clerk seemed annoyed we asked a question and disturbed her Facebook time. Housekeeping is nonexistent our trash cans were never emptied nor were used towels ever collected. We had to nearly beg for a few fresh towels. The air conditioning unit is extraordinarily noisy and like most American hotels there are zero options for fresh air. One morning I went down to the breakfast area about 10:30 AM to get some coffee and they were out of coffee..seriously? Out of coffee? My wife and I were in Denver for a long vacation weekend to relax and enjoy the Denver area. Mostly we enjoyed ourselves, but I probably won’t return to the Hyatt on any another trip. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, but in the future I’ll seek another hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the past year. I am writing to mention one associate primarily. Whenever I encountered a service issue, Carolyn was there to handle it with extreme professionalism and care. She's friendly but is well versed in hotel care. When I was just arriving for my stay or the evening, her engagement created a warm welcome. She gets an A+ from me! She made every stay so much more enjoyable.

Great hotel, great front desk staff, especially Samuel at the front desk was very kind and helpful to us. The hotel rooms were clean and cozy too. The breakfast was good, but can be improved by adding more items and especially keeping the cooked stuff warm.

the overall hotel is nicely setup and we loved the hot chocolate that was provided at the beginning of the stay. The location is outstanding and it was very nicely designed and setup just needing to make sure the other elevator was working. TADA
