There was a significant amount of dust accumulated on the hanging light above the couch(as seen in pic). There was also hair in the plastic rolled up mat for the shower. Over all, staff were really nice and friendly. The gym was well kept. Could work on the cleanliness aspect a bit more. Ton of parking as well! Thank you.

Its New Years Day and I have a doctors appointment in the area the next day and wanted a hotel close by but not overly expensive. I found this place and the price was right. But after checking in the room had a fan that was making a terrible noise without even being on. My husband was still downstairs so he was able to show them the video I sent and they changed our room with ease. Taylor offered the best customer service and just went above and beyond. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay another night. Sandie (spelling?) was just as nice as Taylor. Very friendly staff, good food for breakfast, coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa always available. Even a glass of milk one evening when we brought in cookies from Twisted Sugar (check that place out). The rooms are so comfortable, quiet, the floor plan is perfect too. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is it takes a long time for hot water. And when I say a long time I mean it. I felt guilty for wasting so much water. The price of the room is what caught my eye, but it’s customer service, comfortable room and location that will bring us back! Also beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great Stay!!

The staff are friendly and very helpful. My visit was cozy. Also, I left my Apple Watch in my room, They held onto it for me for two months before I was able to come back and pick it up. Awesome customer service..

The room was comfortable, but the material condition of the room was degraded due to a broken armrest on the desk chair. Also, the toilet backed up briefly, but I notified the front desk, and it was repaired in a few hours. Rooms are needing slight upgrades or material condition inspection. On a four-day business trip. The room was cleaned once but had fresh towels to shower with.

This was definitely the worst Hyatt I've ever visited. It felt no better than a glorified Red Lion. The noise levels were extremely disruptive; I could hear footsteps from above and below, as well as in the hallway. There was constant banging from the stairway doors at all hours, along with loud music from parked cars and crowd noises outside. Additionally, the airplane flight patterns added to the overall noise. It was just far too loud!

The room itself was cramped and poorly decorated. The size of the furniture made the space feel even smaller. I would rate this place as a 2-star motel at best.

The entire establishment smelled of cigarettes, and the cleanliness of the rooms reflected poor management.

Seriously, consider going somewhere else!

Was not going to even write an review until the front desk called and woke me up in the middle of the afternoon.
I agree with previous reviews about noise people stomping on the floor above me all night and early morning. Did not get a good night sleep stupidly I extended my stay here. They charge me a $50 deposit the first day then when I renew they charge me a second $50 deposit. I told the front desk about my lack of a goodnights sleep, They’re big about telling you about the minimal maid service and every other day. Yeah, even with the do not disturb sign on my door. They still call me and wake me up right after I finally got to sleep!
While this location is convenient as I provide transportation services for treasure Valley Hospital around the corner, I do not recommend Multiple reasons. I used to stay here a lot 10 +years ago and now I remember why I stopped staying here. If you do stay here, I recommend that from the third floor so you don’t have people above you.

In front Roanoke, VA last weekend and this place was great for the price. Wonderful location, close to restaurants and shopping. Fifteen minutes from just about everything else, including downtown Boise. Nice little neighborhood behind the hotel to stretch my legs walking after the flight. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice enough. Breakfast was a little sub par, but it was free. Easy to miss the turn into the hotel, had to go down and make a u turn. Would stay again.

Hotel location was ideal to go shopping, house hunting and overall staying in area. We chose this mainly for location and the fact that parking was included. We felt safe and area was clean. Room was perfect with desk, small sink/counter with coffee machine and a couch to unwind from the day and watch tv. The bed comfier than our last hotel, pillows were just right and plenty for those that like two pillows per person.||||I saw pets are allowed and that's a plus in our world since we have pets and pet lovers who like to travel with them (just not this trip).
