Rocky was quick, courteous and professional at check-in. Answered all my questions before I had to ask them.

Took a chance and had the 6oz steak special at the on site restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Very good.
Our waitress was attentive and pleasant and the food was just perfect.

Zero issues with the room, large and spacious. Great location and If I ever find myself in Southern Idaho, I will definitely be staying at this property in the future.

Working in the hospitality industry in WA state and being a former front desk agent; nothing but thumbs up for my short but excellent stay here. Keep up the good work.

Staff was super friendly and helped myself and our kids feel welcomed each day we stayed. The pool is fantastic. It was clean and warm. We were visiting friends and spent 2 nights here. When we come back to visit, we will defiantly stay here. Close to shopping and target.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The room was great- clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We went to the restaurant for a light dinner and it was affordable and tasty. I would stay here again.

Great front desk staff, super kind and helpful! He played with my kiddos when he helped set up the pack and play. The room was super clean and nice! It was a great stay! The only issue is that they don’t offer breakfast you have to order through the restaurant which I didn’t look at when I looked up the hotel so that’s my fault! But 10/10 would recommend this hotel! We love it

I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the western states and this one is my favorite. This hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. The beds are usually very comfortable and rooms are quiet. The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable and feel appreciated. The onsite restaurant is good and the service is always great. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel as it is always a very nice stay.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the faucets/appliances/amenities were all in great shape. I have worked at hotels in the past and know just how difficult it is to manage all the details and have each one of the items working to perfection - but as far as I could tell, this staff got achieved it! I'd like to say "Thank You" to their staff for a great place to stay!

Clean and quiet room with professional and helpful staff.

I was disappointed that a warm breakfast was not included in a hotel of this quality, brand name and price.

Hot tub could also be warmer.

We overall had a good stay but because of the issues noted above I would look elsewhere for a better value.

It's a perfectly OK motel. The problem is that, at check-in, they require a $50 damage deposit "authorization" on your credit card. We caused no damage. The hotel has not claimed any damage. Yet, the $50 charge is still pending on my credit card. After some trouble I contacted the hotel front desk to discuss the issue. I was informed that the only way to get rid of the charge was to dispute the charge with my credit card company as the hotel had no way to reverse a credit card authorization. I have disputed the charge.

If this seems to you like an ideal way to do business then by all means book your reservation. Otherwise, I'd steer clear. Plenty of other choices
