I travel quite a bit for work and fly in and out of the Grand Junction Airport. I have been trying to find a home base to stay that I feel comfortable at and can relax before and after a work trip. I do believe I have found that spot. Excellent service, all the way around from dining, to front desk. Decent pricing for room and food. Comfortable room and clean. I even checked out the pool and hot tub, which were also good. The only thing I want to note here was there were no weights in the exercise facility but other than that overall great home away from home.

We spent a couple nights as a mini "getaway" after the holidays. I picked this room so we could relax, watch TV when we wanted, just chill. The photo showed a king with the TV directly at the foot, not mounted away from the bed where we'd have to crank our necks to watch TV. There was also a comfy looking chair plus a desk, fridge, etc. All were in the room and I was pleasantly surprised how big the TV was.

My only real critiques are 1) for the bathroom and 2) for soundproofing. 1) There was some (not a lot) mildew in the shower, but I didn't feel gross taking a shower so it was pretty minor. Bathrooms are always the worst part of any hotel room and this was no different, but it was FAR from the worst bathroom I've ever used. As for 2), it was only a problem when someone took the room overhead. We could literally understand every word of their conversation (normal volume). Every door slam and footstep was also amplified somehow. Thankfully, they weren't rowdy and went to bed at a decent hour. We heard nothing from the hallway or any next door neighbors -- only overhead.

All in all, this was a great stay and we'll be back!

PS: I was required to rate the food & beverage but we didn't eat there, so I gave it a 3 b/c there was no N/A option.

Was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Was able to access the room with early check-in which was awesome. That allowed us to start to explore Grand Junction earlier. The room was great. The staff was helpful in recommending activities and places to eat to fit our likes. Was able to relax and enjoy quiet time. Will be back again soon! Thank You.

The location is easy to get to and the gentleman who checked us in was great. The rooms are big and at first glance appeared to be clean; however, not so. The shower his mold in spots and when I went to bed there was a piece of lettuce, yes a whole piece of lettuce between the night stand and bed. Had a hot shower last night, but this morning the water would never get hot. $120 bucks a night and they can't have hot water during high demand times! Pretty much a hotel basic. The bed is a bit hard and you get two rough towels. Went to make the bed this morning and 2 pillow cases have the same lipstick stain. I dont wear lipstick. That is just gross. Did they even change the pillow cases. We were supposed to be staying here two nights, but we won't be. There are so many hotels in Junction. We will find one with hot water and that own a vacuum.

I loved how friendly everyone was! I got to chit-chat with Aspyn at the front desk a few times and she is such a wonderful front desk gal! She made the overall experience such a great vibe!! I would come back again just because of her! I didn't get to fully experience the bar/restaurant because we got in later than expected.. But I did get a drink after I checked in. I felt terrible because the bar closed in 10 minutes, but that gal working the bar served me with no problem and even had a huge, welcoming smile on her face. Travis with maintenance was super quick and efficient with helping me fix the TV(come to find out, it was user error... LOL). Everything about this hotel was pretty awesome! I've got family in Grand Junction, and this is my new go-to hotel!!

We were picked up at the train station by a cheerful driver, then given a spacious corner room. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had a cocktail, it was low season. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Watched Netflix with other great choices. Breakfast was eggs made to order, no bartender so no Bloody Mary, no pancakes because they ran out of batter mix. We will survive. Then given a ride to the car rental. We would love to visit and stay again at this Holiday Inn Grand Junction and it’s staff!

Been a IHG member for over 15 yrs, traveled every state almost, this is by far my worst experience at a Holiday Inn, rooms missing paint, can't find the front desk person most of the time, restaurant is there but bartender is rude and they say open till 9 but 845 no cooks there. Adults in the hallway till 1030 at noght just partying it up, kids in the parking lot unsupervised screaming and yelling. I could go on but just dont stay here, this is by far the worst Holiday Inn. Hopefully just had a bad week....

After driving long hours when we’re finally reached the hotel the check in woman was great. She recognized me as a member and was cheerful. The complementary upgrade was great even though it was one night. Very spacious.

The only downside was the shower head needed cleaned and the kurig was full of old coffee grounds just sitting when you open the lid. Housekeeping just needs to pay a little more attention to the kurig machine other than that room looked great.
