The staff were great, we got checked in quickly and were able to get to our room in record time, even though we arrived around midnight. The beds were comfortable and the curtains kept out the light. We stayed on the second floor and heard absolutely no noise. The only minor issue was that the fold-out bed seemed a little worn. Breakfast was good, even though the potatoes tasted a bit like cardboard, but the coffee, eggs, and sausage made up for that. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel. Make sure when you book you book a suite so you can have a balcony overlooking the valley it's one of the best parts about this hotel.

The breakfast was great and there were many options. They even have fresh baked cookies at night.

The pool area is awesome and open 24/7. The hot tub was actually hot, but unfortunately the pool itself is absolutely freezing. It was almost unbearably cold.

That is the only negative I have about my whole entire stay. I'm hoping that the pool will be fixed as soon as possible, and I look forward to staying there again very soon.

The pool and gym were open 24 hours, which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and I loved the soaps in there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great stay and will be returning.

I was in Idaho with a group from California for a high school track meet. The staff at Holiday Inn Pocatello was so friendly and accommodating. They always had a smile on their faces. You could tell they enjoy working with one another. Misty was extra friendly and helpful. She drove us to our destination without hesitation and after that stopped to check in on us whenever we saw her in the lobby.

I always have a pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn! The rooms are modern, clean, and often have a great view. A variety of hot food at continental breakfast. The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Luke is a joy to run into. Often some sort of fresh produce to grab on your way by the front desk.

This hotel was as expected from Holiday Inn Express. They have pulled coffee machines from the room but have them available if requested. I was not there long enough to need it. My Black Rifle Coffee is better than the Costa fresh grinding machines in the lobby.

Everything else was outstanding.

My room was clean when I arrived and I am picky with cleanliness. I loved our view of the mountains landscape. The breakfast was the best I have seen in a while now. They had cereal hot and cold. They have a cute pancake machine. Biscuits and gravy. Fruit for us light eaters. Plus they have bags you want to take for later. I will be coming back soon

We had a king suite after traveling all day we don’t like to have to relax in bed we had a couch and a chair with ottoman room had a balcony it it was not so cold it

would have been nice to sit out there. Room was clean. The only weird thing was no coffee maker in room so we had to plan and get up get dressed to go down for a coffee I understood why to reduce plastic waste but from the third floor it was a trek, but the coffee machine was available 24 hrs and the best hotel coffee I have had it tasted like coffee not a watered down version Breakfast was the usual but the woman who worked the breakfast was a sweetheart. very nice polite and accommodating. We will stay here again if in the area
