Normally, hotel stays seems to be lacking in some area. Our experience at this hotel really excelled in every area we used. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The check-in process was quick, easy and smooth. The hotel and our room were clean, the beds were comfortable and we were able to set a comfortable temperature for the room with no issues. We couldn't hear any ambient noises outside the room or above us.The bathroom was clean and stocked with basic items most people would need.
The breakfast had multiple hot options and cold choices and were good.
We weren't able to take advantage of the pool, but it had a mini water park which would be super fun for the kids.
Highly recommend based on our experience!

Positive: Hotel staff were pleasant and quick to resolve an issue after we reported it.(TV didn't work.) Breakfast worker was very nice and helpful. Negative: A bit noisy when customers are not quiet outside our room during the night. Usually love the breakfasts, but our last morning, the fluffy eggs were clearly powdered (grainy & weren't even tolerable with sauce.)

Love, love, love this hotel!!! They have the best staff, free amazing breakfast, the beds were soft and comfortable, the pool was working in perfect condition and was very warm which we loved! Peyton over at the front desk was very helpful! We needed some suggestions for dinner and she knew this town very well and recommended us The Pumphouse on main street! Overall 10/10 experience

We stayed here for a short getaway recently and all I can say is what a great experience!
Caroline at the front desk was exemplary. Her customer service was top notch and made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was lovely and we will definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for stellar service and comfortable accommodation.

The hotel was clean and felt updated. The pool and hot tub were clean and functioning. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. The giant water slide was awesome! Highly recommend this property, and will definitely be visiting again - soon!

Positive: The staff was great! Conner went above & beyond to make us comfortable on our stay! Negative: A lot of young kids in the pool- but I should have expected that because of the water slide at the pool.

Place is amazing but the thing that truly makes this hotel a cut above the rest is the night shift employee Brett! He is always super fun, willing to help and answer questions. He makes my stay enjoyable every time I visit! Only employee that's left a huge impact on me!

Honestly we have one more night here & we couldn’t be more disappointed. We came in due to a family emergency earlier this week. The day we checked in there was hairs on the bathroom floor, and a spoon on the floor to left of the bed that is still there and tonight it night 4 of 5.
The toilet on day 1 & 2 it wouldn’t flush always and kept running off and on. We called for maintenance to come look at it and as far as we know they never came.
The cleanliness of this hotel is far below sub par. Not just in our room where the garbages don’t always get emptied or the toilet, & floors, not cleaned. There is mold on the ceiling above the shower, soap scum in the corners of the shower, and spots of dirt, food and god knows what else all over random spots on the wall paper.
Also by the pool the floor is not in the best shape and parts are cracking. There is rust in places all over and it’s gross.
When we asked the front staff today at about 3pm if they could have someone clean our room while we were at the pool because the baby needed a nap and it still hadn’t been done. The guy behind the counter although nice, said well todays been the busiest day ever so far this year & IF we can get it done we will but that’s if. Which is completely unacceptable.
The elevator stopped working on day 2, however it was fixed and must’ve been a quick fix. The women’s bathroom on the main floor has been out of order the entire time & wet towels sitting on the changing table in the men’s for days. My husband said today when he went to use it they were finally cleaned up.
This hotel stay has been so bad. We stuck it out due to being in and out but we don’t plan on coming back.
So far the only plus about this place is the fact we received a discount for my husband being a firefighter. I will say all staff we’ve encountered has been very pleasant, but that’s not enough to make us come back.
