We needed a room for one night b/c our condo wasn't ready. Problem, we arrived at noon from the ski train. We asked if we could store our backpacks in their storage room until check-in. "No-Problem" the room was locked and I felt fine leaving our stuff there! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good (usual Holiday Inn breakfast) and staff were amazing!

We travel to Fraser to ski at Winter Park. There was plenty of parking for our truck in the parking lot. We left our skis locked to the ski rack with no worries. There's also a bus stop across the street with service to Winter Park Ski Resort.

The Safeway is across the street with an excellent deli!

We travel with our dog who was welcome at the hotel. There is a park behind the hotel with walking trails and poop bags. He loved his twice daily walk.

The breakfast was perfect and exceptionally good.

The staff was very kind.

Had a quick one night stay after a wedding at Sun Outdoors in Granby. The property is convinently located on the main road next to a Safeway and Liquor store (which we loved)

We were bummed that the hot tub was closed for repair but the pool is heated! Since we needed to just rest- the room was exactly that! As IHG members we were able to take advantage of the awesome 2pm check out which was great!

Would definitely recommend this location! Breakfast was great- lots of options and freshness!

Seriously these other reviews have to be fake. This might’ve been a different brand of hotel previously and is not like your typical Holiday Inn express. Everything is very narrow, including the hallways, rooms, bathrooms, and showers. It’s $100 a night room at best but during ski season expect over $400. We had planned to stay for a couple nights but after the first night the heating system was very inconsistent and I had to adjust it about 15 times throughout the night and even turn on the air-conditioning for a while. Above us must’ve been staying a family of baby elephants and they were apparently having a 400 m relay in the room from like 8:30-10:00pm.

They have a warning sticker on the balcony outside that if you vape, they will charge a $500 cleaning fee…. For what? Complete BS money scam, beware. Management please explain what cleaning is required when someone vapes on the outside balcony?

I noticed a bunch of the other reviews talking about the free breakfast, which is the exact same standard free breakfast at every single holiday in express across the country and like every other free breakfast there is hardly anything is appealing except for the cinnamon roll. It was a couple miles from Winter Park resort which was OK, but I would’ve preferred to be closer.

We enjoyed our stay, nice friendly staff and a very good breakfast experience, a nice room away from the lobby, very well kept by the young man running it.

One slight niggle was the price of the laundry facilities, double what we paid elsewhere, but everything worked and did the job.

We had a room with a balcony but no balcony furniture so despite the warm evening we were unable to use it which was a shame.

The hotel is located next door to a large supermarket which is very convenient for topping up necessary supplies on a long road trip

The room was great! Very relaxing experience overall! I love that there were lots of pillows on the bed. The hotel was beautiful and breakfast was great. We will definitely back, and bringing family along for the next stay!

This holiday inn is special. It’s the same general layout and everything as other holiday inn expresses, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay there amazing. The breakfast was good, the holiday decorations were beautiful and the staff showed real hospitality in helping us get the right shuttle bus to winter park.

Spent 4 nights and we will be back. Lacy and the front desk crew were friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were clean and well cared for. The room was a little larger than standard room with a sofa and roll out dining table/desk. Breakfast was good too! Location is walkable to grocery store and restaurant. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.
