Staff was overwhelmed at check in. Had to wait 20 min to be checked in. Single person at desk despite many other front end staff seemingly roaming around in the back chatting. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have stayed here many times in the last 5 years.

There needs to be more modern charging outlets. Ele outlets are warn out as well. Very loose.

Very clean Propery. Easy parking.

Quiet on the top floors. Bottom floors can be noisy with the LRT next door.

Just off the Interstate next to a golf course. The place is new with clean and comfortable rooms - our King bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was surprising good and varied - I expected cold cereal and muffins - while they had those there were also cheese omelettes, biscuits and gravy, crispy bacon, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, and lots of juices. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. We will stay here when we come back to visit my in-laws.

If there were more than a 5 star rating, I would give it 10 stars! The property was clean inside and out. The room has great decor. The staff was super friendly and nice. I especially give kudos to the lovely Desiree who went out of her way to change my room location, even though all rooms were sold out, and for providing a late check out. She did an outstanding job! Breakfast food was great, along with the kitchen staff. Well worth staying here.

This is an excellent hotel! It’s very close to the highway and in a very convenient location. It’s right next to a gas station which has a good selection of snacks. The hotel itself also has some snacks for purchase. We stopped here on a long road trip and walked in without a reservation. The front desk staff was awesome. They gave us a room on the top floor that wasn’t facing the highway, so it was quiet during the night. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The shower had decent water pressure and got hot, which was nice after a long day of driving. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast is included at the hotel and it’s probably one of the better breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel of this level. There was a large selection of drinks and food. The food they had included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, oatmeal, sausages, omelettes (both cheese and veggie), cinnamon rolls, various pastries, potatoes, bacon, and more. Overall, I highly recommend stopping here and I will definitely come back if I need a place to stay again in the area. The value was excellent for the price we paid!

Hotel is conveniently located with clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful hot or cold Breakfast options with real meat options a Carnivore will appreciate and enjoy. Yummy Hot Cinnamon rolls that I should not eat, but I do. There are many other amenities I would have loved to enjoy but due to time and Bad weather I was unable to use the outdoor patio area.
I would like to make a suggestion for the site to add an outdoor BBQ grill to enhance Guest enjoyment of the hotel stay. Many of the Hotels I visit Have Gas BBQ Grills available for guests to use while staying there. This one addition would put this Hotel location at the top of my prefered Hotels list.

We were only here for a few hours (1am-7am) but had a positive experience. We did not have a reservation, just stopped off on a road trip when we got tired. We were greeted at the door and the lady at the desk was so nice and got us checked in quickly. Breakfast was pretty standard for a holiday inn, but this one I would rate as extra kid-friendly. They had awesome mini donuts and muffins, and the milk had straws as opposed to the fold open and close type. The fruit was very fresh which is not always the case for hotel breakfast. Everything was clean and kept stocked. If we ever drive through again, we would definitely stay again!

The two gals at the check-in desk were extremely helpful and very accomadating. It was nice to be greeted so warmly after a long road trip. Hotel was more than up to the standard you expect from a HI Express hotel. It was a little awkward driving up to the hotel because of the road construction going on near by, but worth the difficulty.

We took our kids/Grandkids skiing at Pomerelle and chose this hotel so we could enjoy swimming and hot tub! They were accommodating in the staff was just fabulous and friendly. The pool was amazing and the kids had so much fun! The entire family wants to now make this our annual family trip.
