This little motel in this cute little small town was pleasantly perfect after a long day of driving! It was newly remodeled and very clean. You can tell how well a room has been cleaned by corners and floorboards. They were spotless. Bedding was new and modern, because I am a germaphobe and get grossed out by the 40 yr old bedspreads in hotels, so really appreciated seeing newer/modern bedding!|Lastly, check in was the easiest I have ever done. You are give a door lock code after you reserve online, so no need to stop by the front desk or mess with room keys. Just park and go straight to the room!

Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Visited family for a week and had no issues. It is what is advertised. We were very pleased with the location and nearby restaurants and proximity to other locations for exploring with our gang.

I’d pay double or triple to stay elsewhere. The room itself isn’t bad, but their customer service is terrible. The lock on our door was acting up and would light up green, we could hear it unlock, yet the door wouldn’t budge and nobody ever answered the phone or returned our call. We had this issue for several hours and I was starting to panic since my dog was in the room, yet NOBODY bothered to return my call. Eventually, the lock gave in and unlocked the door fully, but based off this experience alone I’d never stay here again.

I’m a travel nurse and stayed at the facility for 3 months. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable with very soft sheets. Staff was excellent! Wi-Fi worked great! The manager and the cleaning staff were very kind and made sure things were how they should be and if I had any questions concerning anything they were answered promptly. Close to everything in this town. You could walk to anything the town has to offer. My family came to visit and the couch made out to a small bed which worked out perfectly. If you come to visit Gooding Idaho I highly recommend staying here.

I personally have never stayed over night in the rooms, but I have had many opportunities to be in the rooms. The cleaning staff take great pride in their work and have high standards in their level of cleanliness.

I have been to many hotels where the rooms are said to be clean but you find dirt and hair on the floors and in the bathrooms. When your told your room is clean at this Inn, you can rest assured in knowing that clean is what your getting.

Cozy and quaint and close to almost everything. It was clean, no bugs, no bad smells, and a pretty great value for the price, especially with everything being so different in the travel world these days. Comfortable beds, cold fridge, climate controlled... It was pretty great. Our shower was pretty slippery, but a safety mat is provided, and it could use an upgrade on the showerheads. There is rarely staff on-site however. That makes it difficult to get ahold of someone. They have a number you can call, but that person didn't know how to handle a simple request. That's the only reason it didn't get five stars!! The cleaning staff helped us get ahold of management the next day. Amazing cleaning staff!!

My son got married in Gooding and this is the only motel there. All the rooms were taken by family and friends. The rooms are updated and clean. The only problem was the twin pullout bed. The mattresses are just cloth covered springs. They're horrible. They need to put memory foam mattress toppers on them or something. So if you're planning on using them, bring something to lay on. Also, the pillows are on the hard side. The staff was very friendly and helped us right away when we needed it.

I received an email 2 days before my stay, telling me my room changed from 102 to 202. I arrived 2 hours after check in, and soon realized my door code didn't work. Couldn't find a single employee on site, so I found a number to call, and then spent over 30 min outside of the room waiting to hear back from staff. Finally received a call back(from someone in another state) informing me that they changed my room number AGAIN without notifying me. She blamed the lack of communication on the "busy weekend." I received the email about the room change 2 hours later, after I was already in the room. Another thing, the air conditioning is not programmed to run consistently, so the room temperature is always fluctuating. The blankets had 2 blood stains, and were thin as sheets. The shower had very weak water pressure, and a curtain that allows water to drip all over the floor.
