I've stayed here twice. The desk staff are great and atmosphere is good.

I wish the coffee wasn't weak off-brand keurig pods (I brought one home and measured, 8 grams of grounds). I brought my own press on second visit.

Great place parking was an issue, but overall not a big deal. Check in staff was fantastic. Workout room was great. We were here for a gymnastics meet. Thereā€™s lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and even more a close walk to. Along with Target, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks would definitely stay here again

Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Ridiculous that housekeeping must be requested 24 hours in advance. Shout out to Jedd for allowing me to check in early after flying cross country on a morning flight. Kim asked me if I had a car, I emphatically said NO yet a $12 parking charge appeared on my bill. Kimā€™s response is that this is how corporate configures the system, everyone us automatically charged despite being told NO so buyer beware!
David-in the restaurant kept bringing me a bill at breakfast despite me telling him my rate included breakfast; he assured me the bill was for ā€œrecords onlyā€ yet despite me writing ā€œno chargeā€ all over the bill, a charge appeared on my statement. Had to fight to get these charges removed and refunded.
Nice hotel otherwise, would have given 5 stars if the staff hadnā€™t tried to cheat me

Stayed for 5 nights and it was very pleasant. Very quiet and cozy hotel. Very clean. Complimentary fruit infused water and fruit. Restaurants are in walking distance of hotel. Will come again. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Denver area.

My husband and I stayed here for the Tyler, the Creator concert. I had screwed up the reservation and booked it for the wrong week. The gentleman at the front desk was seemingly understanding of my situation and advised me that he canā€™t do anything on his end, but to call a number that he gave me. The woman I spoke to on the phone with Advance Payment was completely unsympathetic and refused to refund my money. Instead she tried to get me to pay for another reservation PLUS $25 to get a ā€œrefundā€ of my original amount. Why would I pay for a single night at another hotel for a different day? Iā€™m not making any money back, Iā€™m spending the exact same amount. My husband ended up purchasing a room for us for the night while Iā€™m SOL on $174. I donā€™t care if it states non-refundable, you donā€™t try to manipulate folks into spending more money for a fake refund then proceed to give them their worst hotel stay by far.

Our room was not only a handicap accessible room, which takes that opportunity away from guests who may actually need the accommodation, but did not have a working shower. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would come by while we were at the concert. Six hours later after an incredibly sweaty pit dancing our asses off, you can imagine our frustration to come back to our room with a STILL broken shower. They said they never got any request for maintenance. BULL. CRAP. They offered us to switch rooms at almost 1 in the morning. No, we want the room we paid for, weā€™re not packing up and moving due to YOUR negligence. We are exhausted and just wanted to shower and pass out. On top of that who doesnā€™t make sure that a working shower is available for a HANDICAP room? Thatā€™s common sense. Luckily weā€™re able bodied, but completely unacceptable either way. To compensate they offered ā€œfree breakfastā€. We didnā€™t upgrade to have breakfast, because we donā€™t want breakfast and would not be awake in time for it. They did say they discounted our room, but itā€™s still awful customer service to not provide any compensation for my mistake, and proceed to continue to dissatisfy us. This hotel is bare minimum and they couldnā€™t even provide bare minimum.

We will not be staying here or any Hilton hotel in the future. This is by far the worst experience weā€™ve ever had. I will be escalating this as far up as I can.

Only stayed one night, 1/16/2025. Treated well by staff, all very very nice and professional. Room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

A fabulous stay! The hotel is clean and vibrant, the welcome staff at check in are friendly, courteous and knowledgable about the area! The refreshment bar is stocked with mouth watering fresh infused waters, coffee and tea. The room was quiet, wonderful window views and was well appointed. Small microwave and dorm sized refrigerator met all my needs. Bathroom was well appointed, mold and mildew free and enough water pressure to make for a satisfying shower. Breakfast had enough variety and was reasonably priced. I didnā€™t have a need to visit the retail area, but there was a Target within walking distance if you forgot anything. Walking to the area eateries felt safe and was well let at night. Couldnā€™t have planned a better stay!
