Web site issues make the publication look unreliable, getting 404 errors on most of their pages and links. 8 weeks to get a magazine in todays high tech world is ridiculous, and should get the digital version of an ordered magazine for free with subscription like many others do.
I subscribed after purchasing a store copy of Dirt Wheels, the magazine was great with good articles and a lot of pictures,( although they need a new editor/lots of grammar and spelling errors throughout the issue.)

Renewed subscription over a month ago,still no Rocky Mountain ATV gift cards,on top of no magazines shipped.
Customer service leads to answering machine. Sad...

Very bad customer service, emails take 1 month to get answered, huge delays on international issue deliveries (5-6 months). Such a pity!!!
