While the employees here have always been nice, the store itself is in need of some repairs. There are always huge piles of comics blocking paths, it's really hard to find things, and they don't have a very good selection of back issues or trades. I used the bathroom the last time I was there and it was one of the dirtiest public restrooms I've ever used.

Stopped in here briefly twice. Both times I got an unfriendly reception from a guy who only seemed interested in talking s--- about Dungeons and Javas next door, which has always been the better shop. For anything except comics (which D&J doesn't carry), just go there.

My friend and I had a very disappointing experience at Heroes & Dragons today. Upon entering, the clerk immediately began interrupting and eavesdropping on our conversation. As my friend and I discussed a comic series we were interested in, the clerk went on a long-winded tangent about a TV adaptation, making derogatory comments about transgender characters in the show.

As someone with transgender family members, I was deeply hurt by the clerk's insensitive remarks. Their dismissive attitude and discriminatory language made it clear that LGBTQ+ individuals are not welcome in this establishment. I urge fellow LGBTQ+ shoppers to take their business elsewhere, as Heroes & Dragons clearly does not value our patronage or respect our identities.

Heroes and Dragons has the largest assortment of comic books, manga, action figures and more! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and always encourages people to explore the store and enjoy the Wonders they see while offering assistance at any time. Definitely recommend anyone coming in this area to check out the awesomeness of the store!

Stopped in here briefly a couple times over the last few months. They have a dog that wanders around and made me uncomfortable, and I own a large animal. I addressed the issue with the "Owner" who then told me to get over it and told me to "Never come back, if I was going to criticize his dog and business."
