Great Customer service. This family owned business was a welcome relief from the typical dealership experience. They treat people right. They have the lowest doc fees of any dealer I’ve seen in a Decade. They have a best deal upfront. They give their best trade value, which by the way is very fair, upfront. None of the typical dealership games. One can look at my previous reviews for other places And see I’m a fairly critical person. I cannot find one negative thing to say about this experience.

Excellent customer service from the day we purchased the vehicle, to years later getting service/repair work done on it. Todd, the service manager is very professional, friendly, and did a great job communicating with us and treated us fairly on the cost of repairs. We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from Helms when it is time.

We broke down on I-40 and we got towed to Helms Motor Company on a Friday afternoon. The folks at Helms did all they could for us. They arranged to have our Travel Trailer towed to Parkers Crossroads RV park and supplied us the use of a car while we waited for parts and repairs. Bad batteries and a failed alternator. We waited till Wednesday morning for parts and the service department had us all fixed and ready to go by mid afternoon.
Thank you for fixing us up.

I'd give these guys and gals 10 stars if it was an option. I didn't know anything about helms motor company. I was passing by and seen a truck I'd been looking for. I call and Mr Thomas answered. He was very patient and explained everything I wanted to know. He was more than happy to speak with my bank and give them any and everything they needed to know about the truck. I drove 2 hrs the next day to get my truck appraised. Mr. Steve helms came in the office and gave me an offer. Me personally. I thought it was a few thousand off. I gave my opinion and he did everything he could to accommodate me. We made a deal and he told me he could get me a better interest rate than my bank. And he did. These guys didn't hide anything from me. They worked with me and I had a great experience. Mr. John in finance took his time and explained everything to me. Again not hiding anything from me. By the way, all this was done after hours because of my work schedule. You can't and won't get a better place or people to by a vehicle. It was well worth the drive and my time to go buy a new truck here. I'd like to say thanks to the whole team for making a huge transaction enjoyable and easy. Special thanks to Mr Thomas, Mr Steve, and Mr John. I can't wait to buy my next truck from y'all. And I'd consider these fine gentlemen my friends.
