Great experience! First off they offer a free hearing test (no strings) and are not some high pressure business. They have been in Parker for years, formerly off Hilltop. The test was quick and easy, and the doctor clearly explained my results. I am glad I went.

We were met at the door by a very friend and kind receptionist. She welcomed us with kind word and took my daughter, granddaughter and myself to the exam room. The doctor was very professional and kind. She engaged us and answered all of our questions. She even gave us several options for hearing aids

The Dome of my hearing aid got stuck in my ear when I was trying to remove it when I was about 3 hour from away from Hearing Life office on a Friday afternoon. I was afraid I'd have to wait all weekend before I could get the dome out.I was panicked when I called to see if I could get an early apt on the following Monday. I was told to try and get back before their closing time. I got to their office right at their closing time. Dr Davin's was finishing up her last apt . She stayed late to help me. Thank you so so much Dr Davin went way out of your way to help!!!!!!

I've been going to HearingLife I believe since 2005. I was seeing another doctor but was unhappy with the quality of life I was receiving. Someone recommended HearingLife and there was an office close to where I live. I've been happy every since. Everyone is just so nice and the doctor has worked with me through my hearing loss changes. My most recent change was an eardrum rupture. But my doctor is helping me with the problems I have so not worried. Highly recommend HearingLife.

I went to Hearing Life because I wasn’t getting any good information from my last hearing specialist.
I was very impressed with everything they did. The office was clean and everyone was smiling and made me feel relaxed. The doctor answered all of my questions.
I ordered a new pair of hearing aids and I’m very happy with them.

The staff are very nice. However, I was quoted an estimate of 400 dollars after insurance. I paid this upfront. A couple weeks later I received a bill from Hearing Life for an additional $1500. When I questioned the difference I was told my insurance quoted them wrong and there was nothing that could be done. So I am left returning them, or coming up with the additional $1500.00. Of course, my insurance quoted them wrong and no one would accept responsibility for the mistake.
