Experience was horrific. Started out alright but when the Rad Tech Anthony administered my IV contrast, he ended up causing an extravasation at the vein site, putting actual IV Contrast into my tissue and not my vein, which is not good and not apart of the procedure in anyway. There was no warning this could happen, be careful when you sign your consent forms as management acted as if it was clearly stated this specific incident could happen when it's not. This was extremely scary as I was only prepared to come in for a simple 20 min scan. My arm is still swollen and very bruised and uncomfortable. Staff was very unprofessional about this and didn't even know what protocol that's to follow when this type of incident happens. Everyone more so brushed it off, front desk had no idea what to do in this event as they said this is a rare incident. I had to drive back 3 times after my appt to get my care instructions signed, put into my chart as it very much appeared they did not want keep or have proof of this incident happening and actually get looked at by the radiologists to ensure I was okay even after I had left twice. This experience was the worst, I would never recommend this location, absolutely horrible.

This place does not care about your health. They are also incompetent and can’t follow doctor’s orders. My doctor ask them to get me in asap due an a potential medical emergency and they have just been giving me the run around saying they’re waiting on insurance and when I called my insurance they told me that Health images hadn’t even submitted to request yet. They finally submitted it and took it upon their self to decide against my doctors orders that this wasn’t an urgent matter. Meanwhile I’ve had a POUNDING headache for 3 weeks with no breaks, which clearly indicates an urgent matter or they wouldn’t be telling me to goto the emergency room if the imaging company can’t see me same or next day. I’ve already gone to urgent care and my PCP and jumped through all the hoops they make you jump through just to be dicked around by these people. This company sucks and does not care about people’s health they care about gouging your insurance.

I had to reschedule my appointment three times! While I have work and two children and a babysitter...... Not because of my schedule, but because of their requests. The last appointment I showed up in the morning, and I was told that they needed to reschedule me.

This specific location appears to be completely unorganized, and careless of other people's time. There was no apology or words exchanged for the dissapoinment and 3rd news around of having to reschedule. This location does not have a level of professionalism and quality worth putting your energy and time into. Go to a differnt location to get better and more organized service.

Absolutely awful experience. Health Images called and rescheduled my appointment THREE times over 6 weeks because they made errors in scheduling and equipment. Finally when my images were scheduled they said they were waiting on insurance auth and I called my insurance company and Health Images entered the wrong CPT code and image procedure! When I called them and ask them to fix and fast track authorization which they could do, they said they would put in a message to off site managers that may or may not get back to me by the time my images were scheduled. FYI- Consumers have no way to get a hold of the the team who does authorizations. You cannot speak to them. Isn’t this just part of billing? Seems very questionable. In total it took 6 months, 17 phone calls. Stay away from this place!!!

Shauna provided a fantastic experience performing my ultrasound! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Tests are never fun but she made it easy!

The front desk staff are very kind and helpful as well. The facility is very clean and inviting too!

My Sonographer was really awesome! She remembered me and my physical condition so we caught up and chatted once I got there. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable for my imaging procedure, and explained how everything worked. She knew her way around the ultrasound machine very well and was thorough and speedy with her work, but also didn't rush through! I had a tall order from my doctor and she completed the exam in about 15 minutes. I could tell she's very sweet and that she loves her job and her work and I appreciate her for that. Thank you! Great job!

Health images is a great place to come if you need an MRI or X ray. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel at ease and comfortable. This is the second time I've come to this location and Jeff is a great asset to their team.
