I called today to see about placing an order for the local Fire Department who experienced a loss. Fully expecting to pay for everything on the order, the Mercantile went above and beyond in getting a lunch set up and delivered, at no cost. I will definitely be paying it forward! I love the Merc and honestly their prices for certain things are less than anywhere else in the entire valley! Danny is always there, responsive, helpful, and is always looking for ways to give back to the community - I work at The Haven Assisted Living and the Merc supports our staff and residents in so many ways! when looking around the store just minding my own business, One of the male employees wanted to know what I was looking for, and seemed overly aggressive, with his tone, and demeanor, making me feel less like I was being helped and more like I was being assaulted.
