This place is awesome! I always feel welcome to come in and explore their huge selection of music equipment. I love the way the store is set up, especially having all of the synths and sequencers hooked up and ready for testing. The owner is super nice and helpful, and he seems to be friends with just about everybody that steps in! I genuinely wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I think this should be the first place everyone should shop for new gear if they are on the Western Slope!

Hart Music has been a staple music store in Grand Junction for 50 some odd years. It's a real deal, small business with a long running, knowledgeable staff. They have a great assortment of new and used instruments - good quality beginner and intermediate instruments, and the quality brands for the pros. The guitar selections for both acoustic and electric are abundant. You can spend days there picking different axes in search of the one that's just right for you. I'm a guitar player and came in for a volume boost pedal, and saw they had a decent selection of electronics, too. I was greeted with friendly, helpful service and walked out with a good quality pedal and feeling good about my visit. I live two hours away from Grand Junction and Hart's, but I will be going back.

Amazing shop! Competitively priced instruments and gear. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a Seymour Duncan humbucker and they only charged $35 to custom install it in my Mustang. Professional work and now the guitar rips.

Music plays a heart-full role in our lives and Hart Music helps keep that happening. Because you play music, they love you here. The owners want you to visit and work out the thinking in what instruments and fixins you need from weight and length of drum stick to guitar strings, amp cords... You might just need a little ukulele too.
This is a deep natural spiritual culture background store. It exists before the red slickrock formations around the area and has deeper roots than dinosaurs.
