Superior customer service, even by phone BEFORE any sale is made. I called about a plumbing question and "Jason" the employee who answered the phone gave nothing short of OUTSTANDING and commendable customer service!! He looked up all possible options for the issues i asked about AND he looked up and quoted the actual prices for ALL options for purchase in the store! This level of customer service is so very valuable because it saved me extra trips and I knew exactly what would work for the situation I was dealing with. 🙃 thank you so much!!

The staff is very helpful and they have a good variety of items at very affordable prices. It's nice to be able to look up online if items are in stock locally before I go in. I recommend signing up for their coupons, especially if you go here often. They are pretty good about returns of something doesn't work properly, but most of the time we are very happy with or purchases.

Usually had a good experience one time I needed picks at closing time i thought it was an hour later than what it was but I told the guy exactly what I needed he let me in came in grabbed it checked out with the other cashier was out of there before everyone was done checking out but I really like how helpful they are.

This store is a well thought out store. Store manager is Mike. Harbor Freight has come around throughout the years. I have found that the quality of the tools has increased dramatically. I have found a new love for there Icon tools branded line. I find them to be just as good as my snap-on, mac and Matco tools. The sales associates here seam to know a great deal about the tools you are looking for. This store has a large variety of air tools, air compressors, replacement small engines, generators, hand trucks and so much more. I have been made a believer in these tools. I have also enjoyed the coupons that give me free items with my purchase. If you have been let down in the past I promise this store will not leave you hanging. They are always looking for ways to improve. If you think they could improve in one way or another they are all ears. A++

I really like this store BUT the company SHOULD not buy the cheep junk from China. Bought the 10x17 car garage. Had it up for one day. A 10 mph wind destroyed it. Was put up according to directions. Crossbar and corner rail clamps don't secure tightly to the uprights, ground anchors are junk and allow for to much movement and insufficient straps to secure center cover to frame, straps tear material when you tighten tie-downs. I strongly recommend that you set it up the day you buy it,90 warranty only. So I spent the money never got to use it don't get a replacement and now have no shed. Complete loss for me. Every upright was bent beyond repair. Cheep metal. Build one from lumber better in the long-term. CoverPro portable garages are Complete garbage unless you live where there is ZERO wind.

Most of the items in this store are inexpensive (cheap). They will get you by, but it's not the best. Also, know a great amount of the money you spend in the store goes directly back to China. The staff are friendly and pretty knowledgeable.

Employees very helpful, better stocked these days, quality improving, packaging has improved also, good clean and organised store. Like most business' prices Harbor Freight's have risen and deals are as good as in the past. Still enjoy shopping here.

After years of being a customer at Harbor Freight, I recently had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I bought a tap and die set, only to find that it was missing a piece. After finishing the job, I returned to Harbor Freight to address the issue, but the cashier was very difficult. He refused to help me and demanded that I produce a receipt, insisting that he had emailed it to me (even though the store has always been able to look up my receipt). I have never received and emailed receipt. Despite my repeated requests, he refused to check the system and kept entering my phone number incorrectly.

After inspecting the set, he told me it was used. I explained that I was simply trying to get the issue resolved and asked, "Why are you treating me like I'm some kind of asshole?" In response, he accused me of being nasty and again refused to assist me. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Harbor Freight.

Frustrated, I called corporate and got the receipt issue sorted out (they had spelled my email address wrong). This whole situation could have been avoided, and I’ve generally had great service at Harbor Freight in the past. I’m disappointed by this experience.
