We were attending a concert at Red Rocks and booked at this Hampton Inn for two nights. It was only about a 10-minute drive to the amphitheatre from the hotel. |We had a great stay here. We arrived a bit early and were happy to be able to get an early check in. We were given 2 bottles of water at check in as a thanks for a being a Hilton Honors member, and later on, there were delicious macadamia cookies available in the lobby. Our room was spacious and clean and had a king sized bed, fridge, and microwave. We appreciated that there was a night light in the bathroom; we often travel with our own! Also loved that there were Colorado photos in our room to add some local flavour. Cleaning was every other day, but I think you could have had it done more frequently upon request. We didn’t notice any recycling in the room, so we left ours next to the garbage can in the hopes that it would get recycled. There was a manager’s reception at the hotel from 5:30-7:30 p.m. with draft and wine available as well as some snacks. It was a good spot to get together with friends who were also staying at this hotel with us.

We booked 2 rooms for our group, expecting a smooth and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues that made the experience frustrating. The biggest problem was with the room keys constantly stopping working. It was a hassle to repeatedly go to the front desk to get them reactivated, especially when dealing with a group this large.

The most disappointing part of our stay was the front desk manager, Jennifer. Her rude and disrespectful attitude when we asked questions or needed assistance made the situation even worse. Customer service should be about making guests feel welcomed and supported, but her behavior was far from that.

On a positive note, the overnight staff was helpful and kind, which was a relief after dealing with so much during the day. However, Jennifer’s unprofessionalism overshadowed the efforts of the rest of the team.

We expected better service and respect, especially for a group booking. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We LOVED our stay here. It was exceptional. The pool area was awesome and clean, the lobby area had a cute little craft corner for our toddler to enjoy, and it was, hands down, the best breakfast ever. No joke. My husband and I were saying how we probably couldn’t get waffles like that anywhere else in the area. The staff was so welcoming and kind.

Stayed at this well-kept, very clean property while working in the area. Check-in was swift and courteous. Rooms were really clean. The doors and jams and furniture all were in immaculate care. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Extremely friendly staff. Aaliyah and the other gentleman were so friendly during the check in process as I was having issues finding my confirmation number. Best check in experience I have ever had. Room was great as well

I have been here 6 days and all the employees are wonderful. The place is clean, great continental breakfast. The employees who set the breakfast ups are phenomenal.The house cleaners are great! Great job!!

We have stayed many times at this particular Hampton Inn coming down from the mountains, going to Red Rocks or visiting our favorite local places. The service is always exceptional and they seem to always go "above & beyond" for even the smallest requests. The rooms are very nice and the amenities always in working order. Hilton is our primary brand and this location always shines.

Great option when going to a show at Red Rocks. Soft towels really sold me. It's so rare to find good towels. Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Friendly staff that seems to want to go the extra mile. I
Restaurants within walking distance. I plan to stay here again when in the area.
