Overall, it's not a bad Hampton inn. As I stay in quite a few of these throughout the year. It's on the smaller side but it's not bad. The location is exactly what I needed it to be directly downtown. And the service is absolutely incredible. I had nothing but great experience with all the staff here. Especially the morning guy. He is just amazing. I should have grabbed his name but I missed it. The only thing that needs to be improved upon is the rooms. Just getting a little tired and old. For instance there's pieces damaged on some of the furniture. Some minor stains on the floor, And the most annoying thing by far is the fact the shower curtain barely touches the top of the tub. So every time you take a shower the entire floor is wet. Otherwise as long as you can get the rooms for fairly cheap, I would definitely do it.

Location was a bit sketchy. I'm pretty sure we saw prostitutes across the street.

Parking cost $11+ tax a day that was not advertised. Didn't find out until we checked out and Bill was higher than expected.

Entry to hotel says it was locked from 9pm-7am but door was always shut but not latched so anyone could enter.

We didn't get our complimentary waters as Hilton Honors members.

Room was adequate. Clean bathroom, HOT shower πŸ‘πŸ» and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

The best part of it was there were so many gluten free options at breakfast it made me giddy.

I had a King bedroom on the third floor and it was very quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean and inviting and the bed was very comfortable. My Uber driver pulled right up to the Main St. entrance. Breakfast consisted of both hot/cold items and was well-stocked. The staff was incredibly accommodating and nice when I was faced with a late train departure. A lot of shops are within walking distance and it's only a short walk to the Amtrak station. My only complaint is that they don't have room darkening curtains. My room faced the parking lot behind the hotel which was literally lit up like a football stadium all night long. Other than that, I had no issues and would stay here again as long as I have a sleep mask to block out the light.

They have been great, especially after getting stuck here due to weather in the mountains. Thanks for making me comfortable. Keep up the great work.

Don’t stay here. Pool was down and were told we can walk a block in winter to use a different pool. Nothing on site says it’s down. Room service was horrible won’t come or comes at horrible times.
