We were welcomed and checked in quickly. It is nice to see that someone dusted and cleaned the lobby. It looked my better. ||Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was your typical fare but the food was kept filled and the area was clean.

This hotel is awesome. We were visiting relatives close by, and the location is right off the highway. Breakfast in the morning was a nice variety. The front desk was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time. We stayed in the room with a king bed and whirlpool. It was very clean, and I would definitely stay again. The indoor pool was a blessing since my daughter wanted a fun birthday weekend, but the weather wasn't as happy. Definitely suggest this for a stay. It can be pretty expensive, but it's worth the amenities. Plus the breakfast options were great for a picky 7 year old. I did wish that I was warned of the extra $50 holding fee while on the phone prior to our stay for if you bring a pet or any issues arise, but they said it would be put back onto my card since I had no pet and no issues.

The room a/c was working great, and the bed and pillows were terrific. I got the best nights sleep in two weeks! Unfortunately, the breakfast area was not up to Hampton standards and was very poor. The food selections and prep was awful. If not for that, a 5 star would have been given.

This hotel is old and ran down smells bad. Our room was disgusting. Bathroom had hair from someone shaving all over sink and soap holder also hair ball on the floor. Carpet in room had clearly not been swept. sink in bathroom cracked several places and patched poorly. Bed not comfortable at all. I would avoid if possible.

I travel a significant amount and have been using Hilton for years. I traveled with my dog, and have always selected dog friendly using the Hilton rewards app to make sure there are no additional fees. The welcome was cold and I was charged without warning, being informed, or any notice for a pet fee. The exact reason I chose this hotel was to neglect this, as I had many other locations in the past.

When I informed them that I was confused and displeased when their survey came, the hotel manager stated that's just what they do at all there locations. If they informed me, I would've understand, if they notified me, I would have just chalked it up to one time. But the fact that they just throw it on the card and I had to check to see it, and they are not accurate in the Hilton Honors system for pet friendly without fees, it felt like a used car dealer playing games.

Will not be stopping here and will go across the street where they do not charge (also in the Hilton system and confirmed there is no pet fee). Please be cautious and check your card on file afterwards.

Room dirty. Fan in bathroom covered in filth, towels provided dingy covered in hair, dryers in not working order. Some of the front desk staff were rude when these issues were brought to their attention.
