The customer service at Hallmark is second to none! I’ve had several things through the years that I have had questions about and they have always taken time to help me. They are always incredibly knowledgeable, even though my camper is about 20 years old, and always friendly and patient. I had a repair last year that needed to be done. They fixed it to the point it looks like new and charged an extremely reasonable rate. If I ever decide to upgrade there is no way I’m going with any other company than Hallmark. Companies this good just don’t exist anymore!

Fantastic local business making excellent products. Hallmark campers go anywhere you'd take your truck and they do it easily. Call ahead, and make an appointment. Check out their assembly area and see how they custom build these campers.

UPDATE 9/2023: I still have my camper and continue to get service from these guys. Still solid 5 stars. Worth the money.

Just got my camper yesterday, they made sure I had everything I needed with fantastic attention to detail. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and were kind and considerate throughout the process.
