My family and I have been coming to this store for years and will continue for many more. The owner has invested so much time into our 7 year old son and has encouraged his love for reading and Star Wars. He always takes time to show our little guy new things he’s gotten in and talk about whatever new books or toys our son is into. They also have a great selection of kids comic books, Star Wars toys, games and soooo much more. We truly appreciate this store more than you know.

Went in looking Pokemon cards because I couldn’t find them anywhere else because of scalpers. When I asked if they had anything else besides what was displayed they said no. But right before that someone else asked the same thing and the worker showed him product they been “hiding”. It was my first time in and I can definitely say I’m never gonna bother going there again.

Stopped here on vacation this summer cause I like to find comic stores when I'm out of town. Seemed a little dark inside, and would prefer a little better lighting (but that's just me) Quite a big selection lots of things varying from comics to toys to cards and took a bit to see how things were organized in comic back issues (reverse order) If you are planning to go through back issues, know the ballpark of prices (eBay sold listings help) beforehand as nothing is priced and you have to go up and ask so they can look up whatever they are using to price on their computer (which you can't see). Luckily I knew the prices of books I was needing because employee was either distracted or something. Original price he gave was almost triple the worth then after he realized I knew its worth per convo, quickly changed the price lower (why I say make sure you know around the worth) and blamed the phone ringing messed him up. As I said, some good stuff and not too many shop options in the area...just make sure you know worth of something and not blindly buy

Just shopped at Grand Slam for the first time last week and really enjoyed it! Picked up some issues of the New Agents of Atlas, New Iron Fist, and Shang-Chi! As well as a sweet. Bandai/Tamashi Nations Meisho movie realization Rōnin Boba Fett figure!
Customer service was top notch, he personally helped me find some comic I was looking for as well as recommended me some that weren’t on display. Same goes for the figure and he took the utmost care when boxing the figure up, making sure all the tiny parts went in their designated place. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is awesome !!!! Amazing customer service and amazing selection. Love the horror character selection and they ways have sleeves and boxes for my baseball cards. Would recommend to everyone to check them out!!

Lots of comics and games in the store. They have recently moved to 10th Street and they're still working on getting their inventory situated in a smaller space. I always see stuff I want to buy when I'm in there.

I have 10 or 11 comic book titles they pull for me so if I need to get in and out quickly I can just ask for my pulled comics and checkout. Plus I don't have to look around and find the comics myself and remember all the titles I'm looking for.

This is a small local owned shop with just a few employees and volunteer help. I'm happy to support a good old fashioned "mom & pop" type store.
