The one star is for a decent selection. Otherwise management take note: you hire miserable, rude people. I have been back a few times since they remodeled and every time I have encountered a rude, unhappy, miserable employee with has no people/customer service skills. Where is your workplace morale? One was a male with brown hair who was an employee there before they remodeled and two females (both were young: one was African American and another had brown hair who was working there yesterday afternoon). Both females were hot messes. Please hire better. Is this the best you can scrounge up?

I went in to return a pair of jeans that didn't fit my daughter, and the cashier informed me that Goodwills return policy does not return your money to you. So, we are now supposed to pay inflated prices for used and donated items and even if we return the item in the exact condition, we buy it we don't get our hard-earned money back instead we get a store credit with time clock on it. So, if someone doesn't return to use it in 30 days, Goodwill gets the item and the money that we work for. I believe in places like Goodwill who use the money to help in other areas but if you give them cash for the item and then return it you should get your cash back. I feel like a place that's taking donations from us already, should be giving people their money back for returns. I personally will not shop there anymore and will be passing this info on to all of my friends and family.

We went to the dollar store immediately fore coming here and I am absolutely offended at the amount of things here that are from the dollar store and are being sold for 1.97, even up to 4.97 for exactly the same item they are selling at dollar tree. It’s insulting to people’s intelligence and definitely felt like a scam

This Goodwill is mostly stocked with clothing, and the prices are decent, and the staff was very friendly and kind, but the thing that makes me dread going back to this location are the dressing rooms. The doors are far too short, so if you're tall you can see across the store with the door shut. Even if you aren't tall, if someone tall walks by the dressing rooms it gets real awkward real fast. I don't want to go clothes shopping there again. 😛

My dad told me this was the thrift store my parents always visited decades ago and he still reminders the finds he found here. So I had to make sure to stop in, and let me say, the great finds and good prices are still being offered! I was so relieved to see that this goodwill wasn’t marking everything up crazy expensive as some other goodies have been.

Everything was clean and well organized. Even new with tags items were priced with appropriate thrift store prices. They didn’t have a very large selection of kids toys, but had lots of clothes and home goods, and books, I found several excellent books for myself and my kiddo.

The staff was super nice, especially the cashier whose middle name is Elizabeth (I didn’t catch her first name, we were talking snot the name Elizabeth and she shared it is her middle name) but she has really cool hair and was so nice!

I’ll be frequenting this goodwill whenever possible. Was very happy with it!

I bought a table as well as a chair not too long ago. I was so excited to purchase my items and was greeted with not a hello, but a horrible stare from the male cashier. I then had to say hello myself and asked how his day was with zero response back. I was so taken aback. After I left, he then greeted the people that were behind me. Not knowing what I did, I haven't been back since. Poor customer service to the max & will never be back unfortunately.

I thoroughly enjoyed the wide variety of items available for purchase at this opportunity shop! Not only this, but the employees are very kind and helpful. I had an employee named Jim Nutting help me through my entire visit, he is so very kind and helpful, and was more than happy to point me to the wide selection of adult diapers your store had in stock. Very exciting visit, what a great store. I simply implore all of you to come to this shop and trade for consumer goods. What a wonderful visit I had! Thank you, Mr Nutting!

I really like the one in post falls.better this has. Some cool things but the one in post falls seems alot cleaner and way.more organized. Couple of the people that work at cda store act like your wasting their time when you ask them a question. So i think i will just stay going to the post falls store
