The place was such a delight, I was there this past weekend with an insanely large group, and it all worked out wonderfully. From the rooms being comfortable and clean, the bathrooms being well kept and fresh. The kitchen and dinning area was perfect, and the downstairs suited our needs with a movie theater and very large room for multiple activities!!!

This is a fabulous location for large groups. Old building charm. Tons of rooms, open eating and play areas. Volleyball, hot tub and an area for toddlers to play. There seems to be plenty of parking. Pretty much the only place we've found that's large enough and affordable enough for our family reunions. The staff is friendly and available, and the kitchen is set up well to move a lot of people through quickly. My only reservation with this location is that it's kind of far away from any places for large groups to do outdoor activities. That being said, part of the charm is that you don't have people sneaking off to do things away from the group because it's so far off the main beat. I would definitely recommend this location.

We rented this venue to run a LARPing event. Beautiful building with the historical quirks we were looking for! It was very clean and homey. Amazing kitchen and a movie theater room! The staff were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Went here for an event and everything was fantastic. The theater was my favorite place because I loved the sound system. But the kitchen was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We have stayed here twice for family reunion with over 42 people each time. There are plenty of beds and several rooms have adjoining restrooms. There is a laundry room, a roomy kitchen, large dining/great room, a basement theater and separate rec room with ping pong and a pool table.

Outside there are playgrounds for kids, a grassy area with a voleyball net, and a hot tub. Next to the property is a small museum. There is a medical center, a Dollar store, gas station and McDonalds within walking distance.

When we came we spent most of our day time traveling to nearby Shoshone Falls, Twin Falls City, Craters of the Moon National Monument, and City of Rocks.

It is a good place to host a large group. The recently replaced roof is nice.

Great place for our family reunion! Slept all of us comfortably with lots of room to gather, visit, and play indoors when it was so hot outside. Owners are available and responsive to any questions or concerns. We couldn’t think of anything this place didn’t have that we would have needed during our stay!

Lovely stay with all our family for a recent wedding in the area. We had a great kitchen to use with room enough to gather! Private bedrooms.. it was amazing to have access to the rec , kitchen and theater rooms so freely. So much fun. Very accommodating owners and very helpful.
