I am disappointed with my recent experience at this metaphysical shop, which I’ve been visiting for many years. They do not accept returns, and this policy is not disclosed upfront. Given this, along with the store’s high prices, I will no longer be shopping here.

Longtime shopper at Goddess Isis Books! I lived for years in the area.

No store quite has the selection of herbs, incense, statues, tarot, and other resources for a wide range of spiritual and self-empowerment needs.

Every time I visit, they've refreshed the layout and it's always an improvement! The best constantly gets better! There's a good selection of tarot books on the wall next to the tarot and oracle decks now.

You can also look at samples from the decks available.

I've moved to NJ and still order books from this store for my book club. They've thrown in a little thank you gift, too!

Always pleased by the service. Everyone is extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. This shop has an excellent track record for psychic readers and events. Goddess Isis is a treat for the area.

Note: I am the author of the tea reading book featured in these photos. Goddess Isis supports a handful of local authors-- another reason to shop here. I also use the White Sage Tarot, shown in the pics, for my tarot reading business.

Staff are really guarded, closed off, and dismissive with asking about local community events, classes, resources, or covens. Even though online there are clearly events hosted through this shop, if you ask about them in person you get shut down and told to look yourself online. Not really helpful in this regard and don’t understand why they are so closed off. Other metaphysical shops like Ritual Craft are much better and helpful in this regard. Won’t be going back after this disappointing and souring experience.

I loved the variety of stones here. One of my birthstones is a bloodstone and I could not believe they had it. Both a free-stone (loose and can be put in your pocket) or a pendant (necklace). It’s like this for almost all of their stones. Probably over 100 different kinds of stones in the store. Different stones give you different energy. The employees are very knowledgeable.

There’s a lot of astrology and witchcraft books to check out, as well as tarot cards. I picked up a pack of tarot cards along with a guidebook. There were so many options, I ended up gravitating towards whichever one called to me.

I loved shopping here and wish I could have had more time - we had a buzzer to let us know when 30 minutes was up; and that just wasn’t enough time. Though I would definitely go there again.

Good books, tarot cards and pendants but everything else is ordered from Temu or wherever! Really cheap stuff for high prices. No good vibes were felt compared to other welcoming shops.

What a beautiful store, with every book, deck, gift, guide, card, and art piece a Priestess, Witch, Muse, or explorer could want. This is also your journey through the mysteries travel guide. They also know everything, and everyone.

A consistent place I go to for all spiritual needs. Helpful people. A wall of herbs and a list of the best oils, I've seen.

Staff were kind-ish but not very welcoming. When I was over by the sage, I said to my boyfriend “I should roll up and dry some sage for us.” And the woman at the register was eavesdropping and had said something along the lines of “let’s be respectful, this is a Native American family that makes the sage.” Which in fact I do respect, however I did not appreciate the assumption of my ethnicity. I am in fact part Native American and Native to Colorado, 5th generation on my non-Native American side. I live in the mountains where I harvest my own sage. The audacity of this woman to essentially call me disrespectful for talking to my boyfriend about rolling and drying sage is absolutely baffling. It felt as if I am not allowed to eat food that grows out of the ground based on the workers statement. Please do better, do not assume ethnicity. I also do not believe that using the earths gifts is something that should be restricted to a specific race. If somebody has the desire to learn about medicinal plants, I will not judge per their race. I do not see myself going back to that store.
