I arrived at 350p on 11/1 for my appt on 11/2. I checked in and got a door at 654p. Loading began at 724 and was done by 736p. I got my bills at 741p.

This is my second time here and getting loaded early. There is plenty of room to maneuver and overnight parking. The people here are always very nice as well. I'd definitely come back again.

This shipper is big mess.
The rejected our trailer because of this nonsense.
Allegedly, this cardboard residue that was stuck here contaminates the protein powder on pallets.

Reading that they had overnight parking and being my previous receiver offloaded me early I took a shot and showed up here early . It may have been a fluke but I was loaded in about an hour. 25 hours before my appointment. 74 barrels of cheese. I finished out my 10 onsite. How can I complain? Big thanks to this company and everyone in the shipping office!

Based on the info was provided by the broker and the reviews we were sure they will take us earlier than appointment, but that is not the case so you better don’t take your next load based on that

They refused to load it because there was some dirt in the walls of the trailer and wanted another trailer. I've never seen anything like this before. I have no words.🤯

My only complaint is the signs are confusing and not clear for pick up loads. Luckily there’s plenty of room to drive around the plant until you find the tiny driver check in sign.

Thanks for shipping and receiving department. (One day before appointment) Workers understanding truck drivers, friendly and fast unloading. Good overnight parking.
