They won't participate in the program to help low income seniors pay their water bill like other cities do. I'm in my 70s, unable to work, and 2 months behind due to the inadequate
COLA increases that low income people on social security receive and inflation so I may be without water/sewer soon. GC water co won't participate in a program to help.
