I do not recommend doing business with this company. The quality of the work is fine but the customer service is terrible. The lady chewed me out for calling twice (the second time only because she never returned my first call). She yelled at me she could get the job done if I quit calling and then hung up on me. Good luck staying in business treating your customers that way.

Will not answer phone or emails. After about 20 calls with no response decided to post this. How awful especially if new owners. Good luck
Well finally received a email stating my business card didn't bring them money, other monetary business is more important (Go somewhere else). WOW with this rude attitude good luck

I was recently in need of some bumper stickers and directional signs for my wedding and of course it was fairly late in the wedding planning process ( no wonder my (now) wife didn’t task me with too many wedding planning details). I have used Dave at Printworks a few other times and my wife has used him for various other print needs through her job. We have always had excellent results from Dave. He produces quality products in a timely and efficient manner. I had my wedding needs completed by Printworks with plenty of time to spare before the big day. I will continue to go to Printworks for all of my printing/ sign needs and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of such work.

I have sent 2 requests for a quote through the website. Haven't heard from anyone, no confirmation emails and when I have called it just rings eventually going to a recording asking me to call back. This business was recommended to me and I am not so sure why! Was really hoping not to have to use Staples or Office Depot. Maybe this place is going out of business? Sad.

Such a great tool to have as a business owner. They can get pretty much anything printed. It has been so handy when I need things ASAP. I have been able to print posters same day and pick them up before I open for the night. Amazing quality and even more amazing pricing. Highly recommended!

The lady running this shop is super rude and will ignore your phone calls …Don’t count on getting your prints printed in time either! We ended up using a print shop downtown for our blueprints that was even delivers the prints to the job site. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Would never go back. I asked for a simple job to be done. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude . I left without any printing

I came to pickup some blueprints and the sign said open but no one was there forcing me to to stand around waiting to see if they would show up. It's now 12:25 and still no one. Next door business had someone working but not FTF. Sad -
