We donated books to the friends of the library and so glad I emailed a head of time because the controlling customer service rep gave me grief with the donation until i showed him the email on my phone. Obviously a Democrat that believes people are guilty until u can prove otherwise. The library should seriously hire people with good customer service skills. Finally he allowed us to bring the books in! I might call the benicia library and see if they have friendlier workers. Lifes too short for people to behave like that in public service positions..remember your salaries are taxpayer driven.
