As resident of Fountain for the past 14 years, I have seen the city change drastically. It’s a growing city, and like all growing cities, it has its challenges. But the city is actively addressing them and making improvements. The law enforcement services are top-notch, and the new neighborhood services are making a big difference in the community. Areas that were slowly becoming problematic for homeowners are being addressed and revitalized. Overall, Fountain has come a long way in the past 14 years.

Fountain is a great place to live, especially when you compare it to the nearest neighborhoods. They keep they park and recreation facilities tidy and police and fire Dept do a great job.

Bought my home next to the creek in 2015. My neighborhood was built in 1999. The land across the street is a flood zone. Myself and all my neighbors were told that nobody could ever build there, because it is a flood zone. And now in 2022 it's mysteriously not a flood zone anymore and Fountain approved a giant 24 unit apartment building to be built there, right on the creek bank. Thanks for ruining my neighborhood and devaluing my home city of Fountain.

If you ever come here for a traffic violation, be ready to spend at least 4-5 hours sitting in line. The process is so bad, they make you go through the same line twice if you decide not to plead guilty.

From what I have experienced over the years of living here, the city of fountain only truly cares about its talking points, not the people. If you have any other option besides here, please take it, do yourself a favor and find something better for yourself.

This City Stole Away My Entire Neighborhoods Guaranteed Pikes Peak View by Building on a 20 Year Flood Zone; Directly Next to Hanson Trailhead: An Enormous Catastrophe Waiting to Happen!!! As well as Devaluing all Homeowners Properties with this Erroneous Development Project of Apartments Looming Over All Our Tiny & Modest 900sqft Homes. I DEMAND the Removal of City Planner Gaby Serrano Before She Ruins Anymore of Our Town!!! 🤬
