LITERALLY THE WORST FINANCE EVER! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOR THEM TO BE CIVILIANS AND YOU ARE WEARING AN ARMY UNIFORM IN THE FIGHT FOR YOUR COUNTRY, THEY TREAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY LIKE YOU MEAN NOTHING! EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET FIRED AND NEW PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT UNITED STATES ARMY SOLDIERS NEED TO BE HIRED! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. -100/10

Offically 8 months with out my housing allowance. Had to have a very difficult conversation with my family last night about how we actually can not afford rent after this month (on top of taking out a loan already to get by just 2 more months), let alone other living expenses. My S1 has worked very hard, I've gotten memos left and right, but for what? To be told I have a "strange" situation and "sorry, we lost your paperwork, my bad". 11 years in the military and I've never had pay issues like this. Something needs to be done. People need to be held accountable, they are actully hurting soldiers and their families.

I’ve been calling this office for the past two months trying to talk to someone to fix an issue that they failed to fix back in December before I gotten out. Can get anyone on the phone. I’ve left messages and still no response. Worse finance office EVER fort hood is ten times better. I filed a CG complaint and still no help. It’s time for y’all to start doing your jobs and helping the soldiers or get someone in there that will do the job

They won’t pay you even if you have a family to take care of and letting them know. This is by far the worst experience I have with any type of finance. Ft Carson who ever reads this. Please fix this problem. Thanks to ft carson Finance my family is starving. I even called all these numbers to fix the issue and they all lead me back to that most unprofessional place.They say they will get back to you ,but no they lie so they don’t have to deal with you. And What do I know?🤷🏽‍♂️Im just a Emt/firefighter I don’t know what Im talking about.

I wish leadership would test their services and centers. They pretty much don't exist and no one cares about the debt forced upon soldiers. Being a soldier does is more harmful then beneficial. Installation do not care about you or your family.

I agree with the poor ratings this place has received previously. Although the lady on the phone was quite nice, they were unable to answer even the simplest question. When I was told to ask another office, they couldn't even provide that phone number. Which only took me 10 seconds on Google, and I guess they couldn't be bothered.

I've been waiting on my bah for 7 months now, and I've submitted CG and ICE complaints, but it was fruitless. This department needs heavy revisement, and they don't really care about the soldiers on Fort Carson.
