I work at a roofing company in Denver and we had a rush install we needed a permit on the same day we applied (knowing the turnaround time is approx. 7 days). I called Firestone and spoke to Tiffiny. She was the best and most helpful; such a delight to work with! She managed to get us our permit that same day and help keep our commitment to the homeowner. They don't accept Amex or mail in check payments. Very unhelpful and unaccommodating; very rude on the phone when I tried to get information. I understand not taking Amex, but to not allow someone to send in a check? Blasphemous. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority anymore.

I was told the only way to obtain a building permit was to come to the office. Make the hour and fifteen minute drive to be told "they just changed it" What I heard was dont do more roof jobs and pay more fees here in Firestone. Will take my skills to a town they are appreciated more.
