This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to several restaurants and shopping options, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and met all my expectations.

A special shoutout to Agnes at the front desk! Her exceptional service and local knowledge made my stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond in providing helpful insights about the surrounding area and ensuring I felt welcome.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent customer service. I will definitely return on my next trip

Originally booked for one night but unfortunately got very ill and had to extend for one week. The staff were super nice and very helpful during this tough time for us. We were upgraded based on our Marriott status, breakfast very good. Only downside was a lot of tourists that were setting off at 6.00 am and very noisy.

In today’s world, one would expect to have outlets on/near each besides table. Not this place!

We had to purchase extension cords from the nearby Home Depot in order to keep our electronics plugged in and nearby.

Only one person working the office/checkin, so we had to wait 7 minutes for them to return from taking care of something. Nobody up front.

The “closet” is tiny. Had to remove the ironing board in order to hang our clothes.

If the room description says “suite”, it only means “bigger”. No two-room suites with a door.

The staff was friendly, pleasant, and courteous.

Room cleaning is not everyday.

This is a very friendly accommodating Fairfield. Later i found out, During checking in the manager heard our conversation of our daughter first time seeing mountains, he reached in and put us on the top floor with the view of the mountains. Very considerate, we only planned on staying for one night but ended up staying longer. We were here for work turned it into a small vacation. The staff is very knowledgeable, we came here with nothing planned the staff recommended the Estes Park a small drive away and it was amazing.

We stayed 5 nights and despite asking twice for a refresh, our room was never touched by housekeeping. Even after we told the front desk twice, they never sent housekeeping or apologized. We ran out of towels, Kleenex, soap, toilet paper and coffee. We were frequent loyal guests until now. Goodbye Fairfield.

Hotel itself fine. But I was there on a weekend for a family event and hotel was filled with families - many with young children - and the hotel was hosting a concealed handgun training course. Signs in the lobby and the training was held in a conference room just outside the breakfast area. Not an appropriate time or place for this!! I expressed displeasure to the staff but it was too late to do anything about it.

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding. The staff was accommodating with putting my mom's room near ours. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. It met our needs and it's conveniently located near the mall, so plenty of food, shopping and entertainment next to you.

Other than not having a microwave in my room, overall, it was a very nice place to stay. It would have also been nice to have had dairy-free options for breakfast, like almond milk.
