Fast service, clean, they got mostly everything. Staff is friendly and professional. Very tidy especially when it’s considering all the time. Fuel price is the best in the area.

On Wednesday October 16, 2024 I as a regular customer came in for my coffee in the morning. During my visit my wife and I grabbed coffee. Minutes later I returned to pay for diesel. The girl with the blue hair (Laura) asked while laughing, “How the Mrs. is doing, and if she got me in trouble because the Mrs. ignored her”. During my coffee transaction as I am a regular I was the only one being addressed, therefore I don’t see a reason why she would think she was ignored or feel that it was appropriate to question me as a customer about getting in trouble as if I’m a child. I also don’t see how my wife ignored her as she was not being addressed because I was the one she was speaking to. I find it unprofessional of a worker at a truck stop to behave like this and ask personal questions or make comments like these to any customer in general. I let her know my wife is the jealous type in hopes she stopped being so extra and for other reasons as I was not planning on making any complaints. I continued coming here as usual and it is awkward that this blue haired girl goes out of her way to address me by name, and make contact. However, on Friday October 25, 2024 I went in again and I was helped by a different cashier who processed our transaction as any other cashier would by greeting, asking if we needed anything else and about the rewards program. The blue haired girl was there again helping another customer and instead of greeting her customer and processing their transaction as she should, she decided to go out of her way to make the visit unpleasant once again. She decided to greet me, and say goodbye obnoxiously loud and coquette all within seconds while practically ignoring her customer during their transaction and interrupting mine. I find it disrespectful and intolerable therefore returned to have my wife speak to a manager a few hours later. Luckily the manager was the cashier who had witnessed the whole transaction hours earlier and knew exactly how it occurred and why it was so bothersome. In addition, since this has been going on over a period of almost two weeks I asked others if they have had any similar issues and many said they felt the same way. The blue haired girl isn’t kind and professional she is disturbingly coquettish to the point it is annoying and I am now taking my business elsewhere meanwhile this is resolved.

I stopped here twice, driving up north and then south the following day because it was the cheapest gas that I came across at the time of writing this review while driving on 99. The bathroom was clean.

This EZ trip is the worst place to try and get propane. There is never a service tech available and when one is supposedly working they are always out to lunch. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with EZ trip, go to Love's. They are always available and the service is always top notch.

Didn't eat, but very clean showers and super hot water! The rooms where big too. Not very busy on a Sunday morning. Dumped the camper... hose almost wasn't long enough but we managed. Cheapest fuel for MILES. Glad we stopped. Thank you!

I fuel up at least once a week, I already complaint to manager several times about pump stations not having paper to print receipts. I have to inside to get the receipt. Just a waste of time. I will not buy anything inside the store if that is what they're thinking. I will have to try Love's on Ave 17 to see if they have a better service.

Whenever we are in Madera, visiting my brother and family, my Mom and I always stop in to purchase gas, Subway sandwiches, or get some Cinnabon. I really like the atmosphere and service by all employees who are very friendly and helpful. It's always packed with trucks or vehicles there. Its a very busy place. Excellent service by far.?
