Best place I’ve been!! Doctor takes time to answer questions. Is very thorough with pictures for a new perspective! His assistant that gets you ready for the doctor is very kind thorough and going to school to be in radiology. Don’t forget to thank her as well!

I had an eye exam on 2/7/25, and they dilated my eyes . A nice worker named Frankie was asking if I needed help, and I told her I'm just browsing. She asked if I needed help. I said not right now, thank you. She said if i need any help, i can for her or other people that work there. And she went to help other customers. Which I did admire. And I found glasses I wanted to purchase. And I went up to her and asked if she was busy and she said no, not at all. And I asked her questions about the glasses that I had and if they came in other colors and she did tell me but I wasn't happy about the color options or the way it felt on my face. I like that it made me feel like a nerd, but it was too big. She helped me pick the frame, and I liked how it felt on my face. My previous glasses were too heavy for my face, and it dug in my nose. She helped me pick the right options to purchase for my glasses. The glasses I currently have that I have today are light, and they do not feel like I have glasses on. I love them. She did an awesome job on helping me pick the frames that fit my face. I like how she made me feel I could feel good even with glasses. She did an awesome job.

I really appreciate everyone here! Phenomenal staff and a very nice office.

I hate going to any doctor but I really enjoy going to Dr Kunz. He's patient, caring, fun to talk to, and highly intelligent. You can tell he loves his job and is a very intuitive as well as excellent doctor.

Fiona and Lydney are great! Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I'm a chatty dude and they never once bopped me on the head for talking too much 😆!

Amanda is equally amazing and super detailed with educating patients which is awesome because all this stuff is confusing to me...or was since she's helped me through all of the purchasing, insurance, etc details! She's seriously the sweetest person and just as patient and helpful as everyone else.

I'm grateful to this place and have had 2 visits so far, both were wonderful. It's nice to go for an eye exam and have everyone clearly show they care about you, the patient. And they make sure everything is just right.

Really appreciate you guys and gotta say I don't always have so much fun on an appointment!

Wonderful experience at eye mart I was greeted at the front door with a smile, and how can we help you shown where to go filled out one short paper I did the rest online was taken back to the pre-examining room I went through a barrage of test was escorted to the doctors examining room he came in right away did another barrage test came back and informed me about the test thought I should have eyes dilated if I had time for it to check further and I did after the examination with dilated pupils he said there were no major concerns. I went out ordered my glasses as a first time user I got a huge discount. I got the frames I wanted and an hour later I had my brand new glasses right now I’m letting my eyes adjust from the dilation but I foresee no problems with the new glasses thank you EYEMART of Pocatella IDAHO. You will see me again in the future. Bless you all.
