I placed a large order with a mix of existing designs, custom alterations to existing designs, and completely custom designs. They responded almost immediately to my order with requests for clarifications to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, especially that my measurements were all correct. Given how much I ordered, how much of it was custom, and knowing that all the slipcases were hand made, I figured it might take a month or more, but everything was completed and delivered in a couple weeks. And everything I received was exactly as discussed, and looks and fits beautifully. I'll absolutely be coming back for more in the future.
