I’ve been going to EWC for while now & have booked with a few different techs for availability reasons. Of all the techs I’ve booked with, Elisha has been the most helpful! She’s quick yet attentive and gentle. She makes conversation too and remembers you based on previous sessions which makes it easier to talk to her! She’s amazing!

All the specialists at this location are great! I will typically choose any specialist as my default but when I find a specialist I really like I’ll always try my best to get them. Davina was lovely to work with. Not only was she quick but also super efficient. She has such an amazing energy to her and she educated me even more on caring for myself after waxing. I definitely will continue to see her!

This was my first time at European Wax Center. It was fast, easy & pleasant. Plus, first wax free! Ariana was very sweet, friendly & professional. She explained the difference between hard wax & soft wax. She also gave me a great recommendation on where I could get my hair done that day, which I did. Nice experience. I will be back!

I loved the service,cleanliness from opening door to lobby to finishing up at the desk. My Wax Specialist Leila was amazing she did her job to me in record time,which came out beautifully with no issues, or feeling that she didn't do what I hoped to feel or gain out of the first time experience. I was more than happy and thankful for her services provided which was waxing,shaping, and tinting my eyebrows. She also showed me gentle kindness with occasionally assisting me to my needs with being slightly disabled. This was very much appreciated, on top of all that prices are amazingly VERY AFFORDABLE. Thanks again to all who were present at European Wax for my appointment. Will definitely be a regular customer now :)

I have been going to Brentwood Wax Center for a few years now and my wax specialist has been Karina for quite some time and I love her! She’s gentle, thorough, and gives advice when asked or needed. I have never had any issues and she makes me feel extremely comfortable. Very friendly. The front desk staff are welcoming when you go in and very friendly.

Awful. DO NOT DO THE EYEBROW TINTING. How does this look anything close to professional. I ended up taking the tint off and had to go to Sally’s to get stain remover. I also told her BROWN tint and she did black -_- After that just the way she left my eyebrows was ridiculous. It’s patchy, she plucked the end of my eye brow tail and left a spot, she plucked the FRONT OF MY RIGHT EYEBROW. This was the most unprofessional service I've ever received. How do you leave someone looking like this after paying for a professional service.

I was looking for a new place where they do hard wax and saw that the reviews for this place were highly recommended. I came in as a walk-in and the staff in the front were very nice. I told them it was my first time there for under arm wax and the girl who took my information recommended Elisha. Elisha was very nice and professional. I asked questions about other areas I was interested in possibly getting waxed another time and she gave me tips. This was a great experience and will definitely be back!
