Very good place for such a low price. You will never find a bed in Estes Park as cheap as this. Not a huge hostel but all the amenities you need. Rooms come with all linen, towels and outlets for every bed. Large wooden lockers under the bed. You could fit two giant suitcases down there. Showers are downstairs and there’s a kitchen. I didn’t see any staff while I was there, but door code worked and my bed was available. One little downside, there is zero privacy in your room. Beds are very close together, and no sort of screen blocking anything. To be fair, most of the people who stay at this hostel are looking to hike or camp in Rocky Mountain national Park so it’s not like they were expecting privacy. There is also good parking in the back. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was a great place to stay! It was located near many wonderful hikes of Rocky Mountain National Park and right in the cute community of Estes Park. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen provided all I needed to prep for the next day's adventure. I would definitely stay there again!

Felt like it was a bit expensive for what it was, which was an entirely self-serve hostel. It was a little dirty, such as my mattress cover had some stains and my towel and wash cloth also had some stains, but nothing terrible. The shower had good water pressure, but could have used a cleaning. It was in a good location, had a chill vibe, and I slept fine both nights I was there. I'd probably stay there again if I was in the area.

This was exactly what I needed for taking a WFR course in Estes Park, the rooms were nice and clean and the kitchen was great. It was also really fun meeting people doing the different courses that Colorado Mountain School was hosting that week.

Beds are divided into 3 rooms, with about 5 in each. Plenty of room to store your things (and lock them up if you bring your own lock) All linens are provided in abundance & easily labeled. Full size kitchen, multiple locking showers & locking bathrooms, couches, chairs, tables, board games, and plently of parking are all provided. Only a block off the riverwalk & downtown giving you access to all of Estes by foot. I walked to RMNP in the morning (45 mins) with convience stores & coffee shops along the way. Adventure Hostel quickly became my go-to for visiting Estes or RMNP.

Stayed here for one night, no complaints... was pretty much what I expected. Initially I had some issues finding the place due to all the construction in Estes it is a bit confusing and since there is another "free" lot right there that belongs to the City of Estes Park, so wasn't sure if that was the lot I was instructed to park in. The lot belonging to the hostel is a gravel lot right in front of the hostel itself.

Check in was smooth, code worked, the bed was comfortable and as instructed the towels, linens - everything was available as described. Rooms, restrooms and showers were clean, shower pressure and temperature was excellent. During my stay I did not observe any noise, place was pretty quiet.

I did not use the kitchen but it's pretty large and well appointed.

One thing to note is that there is no staff anywhere around, apparently someone lives on the property that can be reached in case of any issues but since my stay was smooth I did not need it.

When I arrived here on 2nd July, 2024 around 9 pm. I found comforters, pillows and everything on my assigned bed was a in a heap. There are 3 other beds in the room. I tried to find washed linens in the drawers under every bed but couldn't find it so I had to sleep on the mattress. Next day, I called the office and found out that everything is in upstairs and I went to upstairs to get them. This kind of instructions should be given in email. The kitchen is nice, the bathroom, shower are clean so is the bedroom.

Beds were not ready when we checked in, and it was a struggle to contact the Hostel management to determine how to proceed - no one picked up at the contact numbers listed. Once they got back to us, we were directed to make the beds up ourselves by pulling fresh sheets off of other unoccupied beds. It was not much trouble to do it ourselves, but it was frustrating to not have anyone pick up when calling the emergency contact info listed at the Hostel.
